Had hot chocolate which tasted like melted Cadbury, luke warm n extremely sweet. Ordered chicken egg n cheese sandwich. Was shredded boiled chicken n egg no mayonnaise so dry, that the chicken kept spilling off.terrible.please concentrate on your chocolates only. It took 20 minutes for the sandwich to be served

Great that they have Web site payment option — I easily payed with my russian card. And delivery is so fast! Very good service provided: add and printed card with wishes, they sent pic of finish look of sweet box to me, then noticed about successful delivery (after not successful try, but we managed everything very fast! Some of the best chocolate quality you'll find in Delhi. Usually chocolate shops have products that taste dry, chalky, or 'dusty' in some degree, or are just very hard and dense. However, Chocolics had managed to find a good balance amongst the ingredients to make the chocolates rich and slightly creamy but not too soft. The chocolate layer and fillings inside are also of solid ratios so the bites are satisfying.
I do think they can still be a little more creamy and a little less dry but honestly, a mile ahead of most of the competition.
They serve vast vareity of chocolates. Ordered a 5000/- pack for gifting. The packing was done nicely. They dlevered the package the very next day. It was a good choice i made to buy chocolates from chocolics choclates. I will surely order again.

A friend ordered from here for diwali. Entire box was made with bitter dark chocolate. A gift box should include some pieces with a chocolate base loved by majority, there is no mistake that would be milk chocolate. Including pieces with milk, white, dark, each with chosen added flavors is expected from a personalised box. With no way to know what flavor one is getting, my son bit into a coffee flavored one and spat it out. Flavors are to be made with families and different tastes in mind. Sorry to say this sucked.

Priyanka, The owner of chocolics is either colour blind or thinks ki kuch bhi chalega. I had placed an order for coffee flavour chocolate wrapped in silver colour paper but she had wrapped the same in pink colour! She was informed that we need the same for baby boy. After telling her about her mistake she blamed on us! She said it's a human error. When everything is clearly mentioned how can anyone mistake! Caution: Don't buy without checking and tasting
