Chola MS is fraud company. They sales the policy but at if you will file a claim they will not provide the claim and not pickup the calls. At the time of sales any policy they provide lots of example that they will provide 100% claim settlement ratio. But I suggest you please not purchase any policy from Chola MS. This is a fraud company.

•) i bought a used bike and the first owner had the insurance from this company I recently had an accident and tried to file a claim but they said that you only have 1 year of damage insurance & 4 years of third party insurance. I talked about this from the first owner and he told me that they didn’t told him about this he said they just told him that it’s a zero depreciation and you bikes value will not decrease and you can get claim though out the five year fraudulent company please do go here they are just thieves.

I request all the people that Chola MS Insurance Company is the worst company in India which does the most drama in vehicle claim that the customer does not have to pay every claim. I appeal to the people that never take the policy of this insurance company and Tell others about this too so that they stay away from this fraud insurance company.

My cheq got debited from my account in 1st week of Feb 23, but have not received policy till date.

Worst service, staff and settlement is very delayed in time.
Staff not pickup the calls they are just ignore the customers

Third class insurance company cant even change the owner details in their own policies. Took 1 month to change my nominee details and they doesn’t even provide a new document when you do any changes in your vehicle policy. I would never recommend anyone to opt for this.

It's the worst insurance company ever, it took my 35 days just get my claim intended and then another 10 days to get my vehicle.
There system is full of glitches and incompetent people who just issue insurance policy without generating the policy.

Pathetic service given by their executive for my renewal policy.name of the executive Akshay. When ask executive to collect cheque. He refuses to collect it from me and ask me to deliver that cheque to pnb branch. Neither I got any update about my policy from him.

Try any other general/car/health insurance company you want but never try or go or even think about Chola MS General Insurance. It is so third-class and worse general/car/health insurance company, that they only know how to steal your hard money and get rid of you anyway. You will rip off your shoes in their so-called old school process but they will never turn up on you which can be called assistance or help. They are worse than any government body and their employees are good for nothing. If you're not aware of any of the processes then here in this company no one is there to help you out instead of looting you more and more. I personally do not recommend this insurance company for any of your needs until you don't want to cry in near future.

I have lost more than 65K+ in a car insured by them and regret my decision to date. That's why I'm informing you all not to fall into their trap.

Things were okae, But procedures are not well defined. Calling Customer care will brief you long Terms and condition and they even provide you closed office in CP for delhi.

In my case I need to go for transfer of Insurance. Insurance Copy, RC&Addhar PhotoCopy and Written Applicaiton and NetBanking was need to be submitted. And they made this a big task. That I had to visit them thrice. Photo was clicked at home at 150. But they took me like n number of hours, it was quite far from my home, I had to visit thrice.

Fike charge
Etc
Even cuatimer care tild me nothung to pay.
Surveyer and manager asking me to pay 20 %

Pls dnt purchase from them

The worst experience I ever had. Truly an unprofessional company. Don't choose this company for any insurance. The worst behaviour of staff.

Subject: Complaint against Fraud.

Now i'm writing you again because as i'm really disappointed with chola Finance customer support as customer care (Call) is also not ready to help us as they told us to contact branch (Karol Bagh).

I went to Chola Finance Karol bagh on 14 June 2018 as i had 1 Installment left of Previous Loan so i submitted that one as they told me that you can't open a new loan account without closing old account on Which i had paid 1,200 Rs Extra from Installment.

Vikas (Sales Person) called me inside so i went there so he opened a window (Desktop) in which my loan details was in written so i checked that one and agreed on that and asked for a Print of that page and he given me.

Aftethat he told me only file charges of 1500 to 2000 Rs wil be deduct from financed amount and Sunny (Vikas Cullick) was also there so after that they taken all of my signs on blank documents when i told him to fill up among me then they told me that everything remains same sir, you don't worry and taken my signature on Blank papers.

Afterthat i continue asking for schedule from Vikas but he always make excuses that system is not working at this moment i'll send you later.

I got a call from him that i deposited your cheque to your account then also i asked for schedule first but he not given me and told me that i'm out of office. (He had not Handover me the cheque)

Finally i installed Chola App and that was really helpful for me so when i checked the details i was really shocked. I found that financed amount is 7,05,155 Rs but I've received only 6,96,405 Rs.
Second my EMI is Increased up to 590 Per Month.
Third my Interest is increased to 13.51% from 13.01%.
My EMI have to start from 01 Aug 2018 but they started earleir from 20 July 2018. (I have recording of Phone Calls and Written document)

So i called Sunny and vikas but they both starting telling me excuses but i still i told them simply i need resolution but now it's 5 days passed no response from them and Chola customer care both.

I had registered a complaint against you and my complaint no.is 803863 so i'm giving you time of 7 days if you not revert me with me resolution in this time duration then i'll register final complaint against you.

I wish to give you negative rating if any option available unfortunately i still have have to give 1 star to you.
