A best place to get your space into restaurant in Delhi. In fact they are very Innovative & very hardworking. They put their 100 percent in designing the space & they have a lot of awards in their kitty.

Worst experience got from architecture side
1) Storage size is too small 4*4 ft. We cannot store 1days stock. We converted office area for Storage.
2) There is no Barking counter. Now we are demolishing and adjusting barking counter to make smooth operation.
3) there is no cafeteria for employees
4) All door size is too small, so items are not adjusted and we are demolishing and adjusting all items in bar counter, bakery, entrance door.
5) All Furniture not adjusted because of size constraints. We altered sizes and fixed it. There is no support we got from Architucture
6) Back Ramp unnecessary build it without any logic and we struggle lot for the back ramp.
7) We hired the Architect to make the restaurant cost effective, but it cost went like anything. 8) Complicated Drain System so its chocking all the drains. 9) There are so many small small mistakes done from architectural point of view and ignorance happened. 10) The Kitchen is not properly designed because of that kitchen equipment is not adjusted accordingly. 11) Whatever material used to build the restaurant its low quality and more expensive.
According to me architecture side, whoever designed it is incompatible to do restaurant design and unprofessional.
