One of the finest places in delhi for Pan-Asian food.absolutely loved som tam salad, crystal dumplings, gyoza, hakka noodles & vegetables in sichuan sauce

We have been having food from Chungwa for for last over 40 years when they ere operating from Defence Colony. Yesterday when we ordered food it was a miserable experience. All the dishes were of poor quality & louzy taste.

Very good place to have brilliant, excellent and tasty Chinese food. A lit bit expensive, but it's worth the expense. Good quality and quality food is served by them.service is good, they serve liquor too and Fresh lime soda is a must try along with American chopsey.

Best Chinese Authentic Food. One can visit for a cozy ambience with best ever Chinese food. It's Mapa Tofu is Awesome

Love good old Chungwa. One of my first introduction Chinese food restaurant since defence colony.

It’s an awesome place with awesome food. I live in Dubai but make it a point to visit it whenever I’m visiting my hometown.

I don’t even remember the number of years we have been going to this place for our favourite Chinese food.our visit which was sometime during last week, we wanted to keep it light hence ordered only the starters and soup. Sharing the pictures.my veg clear noodle soup was made as per my request and just right. I simply loved it.my husband and daughter both are fond of sea food hence their choices of talumein & thupka soups as well.again both enjoyed their respective soups. The win win was the pork starters on the table, it was good to see them enjoy it & literally appreciate it with each bite in mouth.and golden fried prawns were also very well done.

The first floor of this restaurant seemed to have gone through renovation lately which makes it even more inviting and pleasant.shared in the pictures. I wonder who all like going to this place? ! Or which is your go to place for Chinese? !?

Love the place. The ambience is very nice. The interior decor is beautiful and more importantly is the amazing tasty food.

Utmost unprofessional - I ordered a veg Singapore Noodles for takeaway and they packed chicken noodles and when i tried checking they said “yes yes its veg”
No wonder why this place is always vacant

Really bad service.food is ok but extremely bad experience.
7 pm dinner n we had to wait 20 mins for a drink.
Better take out.

Always the best and best Chinese in Town. Taste always same as ever, I visited today after approx 10 years but it is same as before.

Everything feels so outdated. And most of the appetising items on the menu were conveniently “out of stock. ”

Great packaging and very delicious food and moreover very quick service. Overall it was a great experience. I had a great chinese food after a really long time

This was my second visit here and really had a delightful experience. Wanna experience some authentic Chinese food this place won't disappoint you. Quality food, Quiet Ambience friendly staff. Tsing Hoi, Thai yellow curry, some desserts (as posted) were really good. Will visit again️

Memories come flooding back on the mention of the word Chungwa!
Old traditions and flavours carried across a generation.
My family's favorite Hukkoo soup from the Defence Colony days lives on as Mizutaki Soup. A huge steamboat soup the can be a meal on its own.
A chance conversation this evening brought back vivid memories and I just had to have it for dinner and ordered a delivery which was efficiently packed and delivered by the courteous staff!
Lovely evening. I will sleep well tonight!

We people of 9 went to dine, the manager started creating issues for a table where 2 seats were going vacant.and loudly he started yelling and arguing with us
Seems like this pandemic has eliminated their sense of service and politeness and treatment of customers and the mangers regular staring at us and plotting with his staff made us feel very uncomfortable.

We have been visiting this restaurant since many years and never experienced this behavior. We were die hard fans of this place but this guys poor behaviour was sad.

Very good food, good ambience, good service and friendly staff in Chungwa Restaurant, I visited so many times in Chungwa Restaurant.

Still lives on its once glorious past. Food and ambience are completely down and the prices extremely high. Extremely disappointed.

Even though i had 3 dishes but the food was decent, it was basic chinese as you'd expect it to be.

Excellent Chinese restaurant in GK2, South Delhi. Tastey food, good service nice ambience. Priced reasonably, worth a visit. I personally have been there at least a dozen times.

Old time favourite. Nice music. Not a very noisy place. Excellent food. Overrall a good experience.

Food was yummy. Bit much for the plate. Was not able to finish the portion. Nice, clean, good place to sit with friends or family.

Excellent Chinese! Their quantities are very healthy too. Old Classic Chinese, definitely worth the experience when it comes to authentic indi-chinese food.

Very disappointed to meet a rude front office staff at round 8pm on 25/12/18, after along time i was visiting this place, i am reluctant now for ever

All time favourite resturant for some decent Chinese food, the place has an old world charm and even the staff is quite old. The food quality is maintained and the menu hardly undergoes any changes. The service is quick and the prices are moderate.

It is a nice place in GK 2 one of the call to space you can have good food nice Ambience good staff good variety of veg and non-veg stuff rates are ok you can avail facility of oneplus one offer from 4 p.m. To 8 p.m. Will enjoy all the updates about her but again you love the place you feel out of Delhi best place to go there was a family friends or girlfriend

The food is amazing here. I had Thai pad noodles and chicken Hong Kong. Both of them were well prepared and the quantity is enough to serve 2 people

Food is good and reasonable pricing, the restaurant needs to improve it's ambience, given the M block market location in GK

Food was fine but not ambience as unruly people were shouting and management did not take any action about it.

The green curry and the chilli chicken is beyond amazing. Chungwa is an all time favorite for me.

The service is a bit slow but the food awesome, if you like seafood you will be pleased with menu.
