Pathetic and rude owners. All they care about selling their products and services instead of understanding the requirements of their customers/clients.

V bad experience.eyebrows were going in different directions all together.came up with damage control. Won't recommend to anybody.even for urgent requirement. Your look will be exploited. V disappointed with the experience.

Ve curly hairs abd I asked them not to cut it short as the growth is slow and he agreed but then they cut it too short and messy, it looks weird.
Please do not get haircut from here.

The haircut done was very pathetic.they behave hypocritically and they are purely rascal. I would suggest to stop going to this salon as my experience was ridiculous.

The Parlour services are superbly bad. The owner does not take the responsibility of the work the staff does. The main issue is the quality of the products they are using for facials. Non branded and cheap quality. My mother's skin after the facial is almost burnt now and the owner does now even have the courtesy to accept the issue and not use the products for people in future.please take your own material in case you like the services or be prepared to take the consequences. Just an advisory for people who wants to explore the salon.

Wont recommend this salon for hair cut at all.worst experience of hair cut.and if unfortunately you just have no other option.please do check if they are sectioning properly and the two sides are ending up equal.

Worst salon ever I've seen - the owner is very rude. She will try to become sweet before the services and post service, she doesn't even care for customer satisfaction. Got my hair colour done from here - extremely dissatisfied with the services.

Great service. Take care of cleanliness. Proper privacy given. Staff is really helpful and skilled

They used Rica wax for upper lip waxing and the lady did not even know how to use it. Ended up with injury and red swollen upper lip. On top of it the owner is giving us gyan that we should have got brazilian waxing done. Classic case of irresponsible customer service if you have probably earned enough at the cost on injuring customers and charging them. Would not recommend this place to anyone!

The senior person stands on your head while her junior is doing your threading and gives you stern looks making it very uncomfortable to even sit and avail services.

on waxing i got serious wax burns.moreover they will try to add services without informing you about it

I have never had such a terrible experience at a salon. First the woman makes knots in my curls by combing from the root. Then she dyes and washes it. Then she starts to blow dry curly hair without putting ANY product to protect it, and actually comments on how dry it is. Yeah, that's because you're blasting it with heat without protecting it! She damaged my hair so badly that a huge chunk actually ripped out. She didn't even apologize! She asked if I had a history of hair loss and I was like, no this is from the damage you created, and she just shrugs it off like nothing. I cannot believe anyone would be so rude.

Also they got hair dye on my clothes. Didn't apologize for that either.

These people are incompetent. DO NOT PAY THEM TO WRECK YOU!
