After 12 years, as a dedicated movie buff and audiophile, I chose to revisit the V3s mall's new cinema hall with laser screens. Cinepolis at V3S Mall (East Center) is a new addition to the cinema scene, boasting 4 state-of-the-art laser screens. The theater's halls and screens are of medium size, providing an intimate movie-watching experience. During my recent visit, I caught the latest MI7 movie on a laser projector screen, and I must say my experience was exceptional. The quality of picture is really high and the utilization of the SLS 7.1 Dolby sound system added a layer of depth to the audio quality, enhancing the overall cinematic experience.
Safety is evidently a priority here, as they are diligently following safety protocols. The seating arrangement caught my attention - while the recliner chairs were impressively comfortable, the standard chairs were a bit of a mixed bag. The flat design of the standard chairs lacked the desired thigh and lower back support for prolonged viewing. Moreover, the flat arms of the chairs didn't provide the cushioning expected for comfort during a lengthy film.
One noteworthy observation is that despite being a splendid theater in terms of quality, the insulation for soundproofing doesn't appear to be as effective as one might hope. When there are quiet scenes in the movie, you can hear the faint sounds from the next screen. While not particularly loud, it's still evident enough to be noticed.
In addition to that, the air conditioning system at Cinepolis was commendable, ensuring a comfortable environment throughout the screening. The washrooms also stood out in terms of cleanliness and overall quality, providing a hassle-free experience during the movie break. It's clear that Cinepolis has made an effort to ensure a well-rounded and enjoyable cinematic outing.
To sum up, my movie experience at Cinepolis was truly enjoyable, although there is still some room for improvement. But, with its top-notch technology, sound system, and adherence to safety norms, I'm inclined to believe that this might become the premier theater in the entire East Delhi region.
PS: My previous rating was [2/5], but now I'm delighted to upgrade it to [4.5/5], especially considering this price range of under 400rs.

Had a great experience. All services were good. Theatre was very comfortable and worth of money spent.also during this pandemic, whole mall was properly sanitized and all norms were strictly followed. Over all had a great experience.

A decent place can watch plenty of movies there and Can have a good evening out there!

Staff have serious attitude problem must take training from PVR. Customers who are coming to watch movies should be treated well.

That cinemas in v3s mall shakarpur is good. Because outside many many reputated bevrages venues. Like dominos subway burgeking etc. I liked this place.

Seats are needed to get cleaned and repaired. Management has to think about viewers comfortablity. Rest features are good

A nice place for movies. You basically get a crowd of students as laxminagar is a hub. Ticket prices are a bit on a higher side but there is a discount on ticket price if you can manage for the showtime before 12.

Halls are small which is nice but still lot of improvement required in terms of sound quality & seats

Cinepolis need to work on there comfortability.however, better place to watch your favorites on giant screen.

I was shown it was Laxmi Nagar but my ticket was cut for Rohini Cineplex, whichbis 50mins far. Didn't get a refund.very frustrating

The overall experience was good. The place is tidy, and has all facilities like potable water and canteen.the prices are high for cinepolis canteen. The theatre is good. The A. C is a problem most of the times. The sound quality is average. Parking is available nearby the mall

Very well maintained multiplex to watch movies in 2d & 3d also, seat pitch & legroom between rows are really comfortable. Fast food & beverages also available at reasonable price.

Just they have increased the money for movie tickets but haven't improved a single thing in the threater.

Don't want to give even 1 star the hall they. Show at the time of booking seat is different when u come. They charged was executive seats at Audi 2 I booked g1g2 and I was seated at i1i2

It is in V3S mall. Staff is good and theatre is nice. Only the tickets and food are a little bit costly. The advantage is you can also visit the mall after watching movie.

Great screen and sound quality the cinema experience is awesome with good food quality but the price of the food is little expensive. The seat are quite comfortable and cozy which makes watching movies a great fun. Right now I'm watching Simba

Food court provides limited cuisine and is not spacious. Its one of the smallest malls of delhi bt nearest to my place. Even the game zone is small

Picture Quality is Ok, but sound quality is not good their. They use extraa Bass, and supresss the background scores. So if you want to enjoy the movie with full effects on, then don't go there.

Very bad experience, I recommend don't go for this,
They are running a scam e.g. When you ask for a ticket at ticket window they will tell 260 rupees for one ticket which actually 160 rupees when you ask for explanation, the explain you it includes meal and we are offering you otherwise all seats are filled. Still they giving you more tickets.
