Cinnabon

The girl gave me wrong order. Gave me a paper glass when I asked for a ceramic. She seemed somewhere far away.

I had my appointment with one of the ‘visa application center’ on 6 March. I was travelling from Jaipur, with my parents. Unfortunately, tried visiting this place around 3: 15 pm.
The person on the counter was rude enough to not clearly tell that small and medium size is not available.
Since I am not from Delhi I had no clue that there was a Starbucks on the same floor. Thank you to that guy for arguing with me, which made me turn around in disgust and I was able to see a Starbucks on the same floor. Made a quick decision to leave the place and head towards Starbucks for a great coffee.

If the owner is reading it, If I was you, I would never let my staff lose a customer so easily. I would have trained them better.

Cinnabon is what Cinnabon is. This review is about this branch. Like it's becoming a norm, this one also blatantly tries to twist your order to make you buy add ons. The worse is when the lady on the counter chooses to be hard of hearing when one refuses for any add ons to the order! Didn't take no as an answer twice (which is twice as bad). Reflects the thinking of the manager naturally. Cinnamon coffee was good though and Cinnabon roll as good as always is. Stay safe from swindlers in coffee shops: -D

This outlet is cheating people.
Today on 17.03.2020, I ordered large cappucino which is mentioned 450 ml.when my ordered was ready, they served me in large cup.when I asked them is it large or regular.they replied me that this is biggest cup they have.
Finally they served me in takeaway glass.

Servicing is not good. While serving the customer they do not ask or tell about sugar to be added in coffee. Not everyone have coffee without sugar. On 09 Jan 2020 i bought one cup of light coffee. He seems to be in hurry that he didn't inform about sugar. Cinnabon small round cake was also found burnt at the base. Order was take away.

The sandwich had cheese and when asked to replace it, I was denied. Very poor experience at shivaji stadium Cinnabon. Had cheese allergy and the staff didn't care about it.

Bad quality food, they give old cinnabons the staff is always busy chatting and not focusing towards customer and service. Really disappointed

Worst taste, stale muffins, worst hospitality, arrogant, mannerless, ill behaved staff. What else we need, it's a horrific place.

A quality brand, yet a poor experience because of the staff. They offer 3 sizes in their coffee, and yet insist that you can only take the largest size. No options! That's one way of making money but it leaves a bad impression

What an awesome restaurant! Great food great services. Quite out of budget but once that bomb food touches your tongue it fills your soul.

This is my first restrorent good experience i go to igi airport in my femily member than I go to Cinnabon c.p in shivaji cafe and i oder one Cinnabon pack of 4 pieces at just rupees 250 so I thought it's costly but one person suggested to me i buy mini on pack of 4 it's save for 30% know i take this good स्टाफ़ behaving like it and good femilyer invirment, Mr. Subhash giving me nice service so प्लीज़ go to Cinnabon and try for the one time!

Great place. Quiet. Good food. Wouldn't say it's very hygienic. I saw flies. But then it's an open space not a confined AC room. Might want to look in on that.

Even after repeatedly telling the person at the counter that I want two single coffees, they gave me two double. Coffee shops often do this and seem to have not heard you to increase your bill, I didn't expect this from Cinnabon. Not visiting this place again!

K and I going to shivaji cinnabon on that time I going to vfs visa office I going that I thought I try some sandwich so I move on and try cinnabon smoked check n this is my wounder full excilent restro experience it's toooooooooo gooddddddd and I try mocholate beverage so sexyyyy beverage next time if I come in Delhi so try cinnabon roll. Delhi people are so lucky the have so yummy and good food restrorent. How many restrorent have in Delhi? Nice experience to me thanks

This one located in the metro station is extremely small and crowded. Won't recommend to enjoy coffee and actually sit for some time.

A small cozy place located in Shivaji Metro station with seating capacity of 15 to 20 people, it was fully occupied when I went there

It is reasonably priced and people kept coming in. They did not have their small cups available and thereby it was disappointing as I wanted to take their meal combo 1 but the service person kept insisting to go for Meal combo 2 as it would not be possible for them to provide for small cappacino in cup of any other size

The Minobon was hot, fresh and had rich taste of cinnamon as well as chocolate and literally melted in the mouth. The cold coffee on the other hand was pretty ordinary and was quite diluted with water for my liking
