City Heart Travels 'N' Tours

We booked 4 seats of (VOLVO) via Paytm from manali at cost of 1680 per seat. The bus timing was 8: 30 pm from Manali. But we had to wait till 10 pm to know in which bus we were allotted to board. There were no one from bus service at the bus parking. The bus driver which is standing near us said "board this bus it's a same company bus and going to Delhi" so we board it. Around 10: 30 pm the bus operators came and asked us to got down from the bus with all luggage.when we asked the owner about the reason of delay and shifting us to another bus which was not a volvo. He was so drunk he couldn't even reply our questions. He dragged one my friend out from the bus and start abusing threatening all of us that if we ask another question he will cancel our tickets and put us in Jail. Anyway after all these the Tata AC seater bus took 22 hrs to reach delhi. It was a horrible journey. PS- Please before book a ticket of this bus operator think twice.

Worst experience, they cancelled the bus and didn't even bothered informing us.
These guys are frauds with no customer service at all moreover they don't even have any etiquette.

One of the worst bus service ever I have seen. I am travelling to Himachal from last 10 years but this time it was horrible, This bus owner was drunk, misbehaved with us very badly when we asked about the reason of delay. We board the bus around 10 pm and reached Delhi next day at 7pm.

Fraud people, worst service, they don't have manners to talk

I wish there was option for giving star in negative. Do not even by mistake book with this agency even when no other bus are available.

I have booked ticket from haridwar to delhi by paytm for 10 june 2018, I reached bus stop which mentioned in ticket and call to travel agency they replied me I don't have your ticket information then I call to paytm customer care then customer care contact to travel agency and provide me bus staff mobile no I call to bus staff they replied I don't have your information.then I call again travel agency they told me I will refund you.you can pick another bus. I was very disappointed. But we can not do anything then I reached another bus stop and pic government bus.

So please don't prefer city heart travel.

Very very poor service, they code false Volvo bus, bus is not Volvo and start much late then original time. Bus are very bed.
