Worst experience. Do not prefer this travels.
I have booked tickets from Delhi and Manali and return ticket from Manali to Delhi through Red Bus. On both the occasion, I felt that it was a worst experience that I faced in my vacation. On first case, from Delhi to Manali they have preponed the departure time half an hour early but no communication from them and it was a last time rush for me to get into the bus in the busy Delhi traffic. They doesn’t bother about that and threaten us they will take the bus if I didn’t board at 7pm but the actual boarding time which I booked was 7.30pm. No prior intimation about this.
Another instance happened 4 days later from Manali to Delhi. This time I reached bus depot at 6.45 pm and the boarding time was 7.30pm. But the bus was delayed for 2 hours and started only by 9.30pm. Again no communication from the travels and when called the customer care at 7.30 they informed about the delay and I found the bus only by 8.15pm in depot. When asked the driver, he answered very casually that we have texted and it could have been my network issue that I haven’t received message. This is for all the passengers on bus and this is not any network issue but it shows how responsible these people are. Actually this time they have merged the passengers in two buses (7.30 pm and 9.30pm) as they do not have enough tickets in both the buses which they won’t say or agree with. They do not bother about our delay. Frustrated with them and I strongly recommend never ever prefer this bus if you want to have a joyful trip.
And the funniest thing is I am getting calls from their customer care after both these travels and begging to rate 5 star for them

#AVOID_CITYLAND_TRAVEL. Custumer Care Executive is dump and illiterate, Even they cant able to give me proper information regarding the bus. I travelled second time in cityland travel and both the time bus get delays.

Advice: - Please hire some smart staff atleast for customer support.

Hum 4 log Rishikesh ke liye 3-4 days phle ticket book kiye the jo ki sleeper seat thi. Hum log bilkul tensn free hokr bethe the End moment pr inki side se ticket cancel ka notification ata hai. Humne inko call kiya no response, humne fir se 4 sleeper book kiya again inka call aya or bolte hain niche ki seat lelo sleeper nhi mil paygi, nhi to hum cancel krdnge, humne unko bola ki ese kese krdoge humne sleeper book ki hai to apni mrji se sasti wali kyu doge, phn cut or cancel ka notification agya again.

Ye esa isliye krdte hain kyu ki inki team end moment pr kuch seat cancel krke unko mhnge mae bechte hain. Jab mene book ki thi tab 700 around thi or jb inhone cancel ki tab ye 1200 ki hochuki thi kyu ki end moment pr cancel ki thi.

Very horrible experience in the bus.driver and other people behaving vary rudely. They boarded pessengers from anywhere on the road and made them sit on the walking aisle of bus and on seats which was booked online. People were fighting in the bus for seats. It was 5 hours late and even they made us change the bus.

It seems like local goods cart, where it stops in every local bus stop and takes goods from shops.

Not worth the money, dirty and small with no space for luggage. Luggage is thrown in back seat on top of others. Very uncomfortable and really rude staff.

Very pathetic service of bus provider. Book the bus of 10.30PM from ISBT to Haridwar and bus provider modified the time as per his own convenience and rescheduled it to 12 AM further this is also acceptable but the worst part is that they leave from delhi at 2 AM in the morning and roam around whole delhi for 2 hours to pick up the passengers from here and there. When someone complain then they told lie to everyone that bus stuck in traffic, we do not get diesel, there is technical fault in bus and bla bla. I recommend to not book with this agency and also Red bus is only act as a mediator they don’t understand your problem not even refund your money because of their own mistakes. Fraud travel agency who only mislead the passengers. If here is negative review then i will give this.

Very poor service. Cancelled the bus and didn't even provide refund. Worst customer care, they just disconnect the call abruptly.

Unreliable bus service.

First caught the bus from Delhi to Rishikesh. The bus was an hour late, stopped several times for no apparent reason (no one getting on or off the bus), driver was erratic and seemed drunk and we were almost 4 hours late to our final destination.

Foolishly booked again to Manali and they cancelled 3 hours before we were scheduled to leave. When we called for more information, we were hung up on.

Would not recommend.

Such a pathetic. I booked goluxury bus from shimla to Delhi and what they have provide city land bus. I could have book city land bus instead. And location has change. What they have mention in online is not follow. Taken high amount and providing low cost bus.

Pathetic experience from Haridwar to Delhi.last seat was jumping like anything.no ammenties and charged 1250 per person.most horrible thing is emergency door on our seat open in midnight 2 times.only god saved us.never travel with these frauds

Recently I booked 6 bus Tickets from redbus For my Travel from New Delhi to Haridwar.meanwhile, on the journey, I complained to the bus operator and red bus for different seats provided and also water dropped from the upper, bad seat, and not provide accommodation wich they mention in the ticket. That's why we complained to the red bus and bus operator about changing seats and more.but the bus operator denied and cancelled our journey meanwhile travelling.and then after they have dropped us on mid of highway.and also grab our luggage on the road.at that time heavy rainfall.and they have not arranged any other transportation for our journey.we have called to bus operator and redbus customer executive many times.but no one gets a good solution we are waiting on the road for 4-5 hours for alternate vehical but no one can ride us and no one can lift us.and also 200km Left for our destination.then after I arranged one trip from Delhi for emergeny travel and I had pay 8000 rs for my alternat travel way.and at that time customer executive said you can arrange a taxi in the local place where we dropped.but then after they are not paying my other money which I paid for an alternative way.because I have booked a taxi because they have not arranged any alternate travel.because I have waited on the road for 5-6 hours we have given lots of time for our solution but no one can help that's why I complained.we request to you please pay 8000 rs which I spent alternative vehicle.

We hired the Volvo bus of City Land Travels from Manali to Haryana @7: 30 pm. I am literally telling you that our journey was pathetic, during the whole journey we were just counting the hours. The attitude of the conductor and the lugguage keeper was horrible even the water bottles were served after 1-2 hours and also the bus was also not properly examined prior to journey as in one of the right tyre of the bus, the air was not sufficient due to which several stoppages were done which in turn resulted to the increased bus speed limit.
I would never suggest City Land Travels to anyone rather I would advice you to take local bus as compared to this bus service.

I booked bus from manali to Delhi. On time bus was depart from pvt volvo parking. Staff is so cooperative and very helpful. Also driver was fully experienced person. Thanx city land travels to make my journey memorable. Recommend everyone to travel with this volvo bus.

Frauds.disgusting service. My daughter was left stranded in delhi in the middle of the night. No bus came. Scheduled time was 8: 30 pm whuch they deffered to 10 pm and no bus arrived. A call came at 11: 45 pm saying that the bus left 15 mins back and you did not board. While she kept standing there. No tracking was available. Bad and rude customer service. Misguiding and frauds.

Worst bus service they operate busses on routes without documents
Our bus got ceased by police in middle of journey and driver fails to show any documentation to police which resulted in that. More over they didn't provide any alternative bus or refund.
Don't travel.

Well.the date was 12th of Jun’22 and I was returning by bus owned by this agency to Delhi from Shimla.the bus was supposed to reach Delhi at 7 pm (having started at 10: 30 am from Shimla).

Now.after a couple of hours of drive.one of the rear tyres burst out.the driver continued to drive for an hour in slowest speed because he or the staff didn’t know how to change the tyre.finally the bus couldn’t go further and stopped. I changed the tyre of the bus with the help of some fellow passengers.

Then after few hours, the bus again broke down in the middle of the road and couldn’t be started.again sone people helped in starting the bus.

Finally reached Delhi at 11 pm only to miss the flight which was scheduled at 11: 30 pm.

Contacted Paytm and the bus service for the poor service and upkeep of the bus but to the utter surprise.the response has been even worse and lacklustre.

Suggest avoid travelling by this service provider on any route.also avoid Paytm for bus bookings as they don’t do due diligence of the vendor!

I’ve encountered this often that the drivers/conductors won’t make a effort to call you or even if they call you they won’t call you again … as if they don’t care if you come or not … they won’t bother.they won’t wait for you to arrive for 2 mins too …

Third class service very bad experience, they canceled my ticket on last moment. Their statement & driver statement was not matching. They were not on time. Very bad service, illiterate staff. Driver was saying I don’t go that route & they were saying bus got Breakdown. I believe they are Very dangerous people for normal passengers. They can do anything with them. The way they talk. It is not safe to travel in this bus. Very unrealistic response. Not at all trust worthy. Very disappointed. Kindly everyone plz report this bus. Asap. Their service and everything is bad.

Poorest service.they charge money for luxury and service they provide makes you frustrated.i had bus from shimla in morning at 10: 30am and arrival time was 7pm.first the tyre bursted.which passengers changed with driver.then the bus stopped at karnal.then again the passengers helped driver for starting bus.arrival time of bus was 12am which was 7pm as given … guys really frustrated service and no revert for the complaint.i lost train and money which i had to take at 10pm on same day.i will never suggest anyone to board this bus.

Very poor experience. Tempo is better than this bus service. Seats are compact with no space to stretch legs. Worst service. No water bottle, no window curtains, no blanket, very poor quality of seats and everthing. Charging points also not working. Not worth a single penny.

I just came out of life's worst experience of traveling in so called City land travel Volvo. I can't imagine that it can go this much worst. No-one wants to help the passenger in problem. My seat was broken and i still had to travel in that broken seat, even when the back seat passenger suffered whole night. The guy alloting seats said conductor will help but the conductor never showed up.

Lastly, even when it's a Volvo there was a leak of cold air inside through some window. God knows why? I got super chilled because of it.

I desperately demand refund and the company should stop the services or must do desperate ammendments in it.

Driver is so arrogant, Not taking safety measures for COVID-19. I was travelling from Delhi to Manali and return to the same, the hault for refreshment was worst, food was worst and cost was high according to the quality of food and more over no proper washroom facilities at those places. It seems that these guys r taking commission from those Dhaba owners. Worst experience.

Two back to back bad experience. Bus break down sente another bus in worse condition possible. Delayed by 12 hrs on a journey of 9 hrs.

Second instance, sent ac bus and windows were open, hence in cold weather of himachal, had to go with windows open.

This bus is not even safe for men forget about girls. Even if you book online, you ll not get seats aa they already sold seats offline while boarding. So ultimately u have to travel standing. Moreover, p

Really worst experience ever had in so called Volvo. They declare that it is volvo service but it is worst than any governmental service! Even though HPTC services looked more attracting! I booked my journey from Shimla to Delhi considering that I would be able to sleep throughout the night but the moment I sat in bus, leg space between the chairs is less than negligible, other than that chairs were jammed, you cannot move them ahead if they are stuck! I was really praying that journey should end asap, couldn't handle anymore torture! Then at this winters, there was some leakage from the windows as well from which the air was continuously leaking! Coming to driving skills of driver now! I had booked my seat at the last day so I got back seat eventually but the driver didn't leave any space to keep reminding that I am sitting at back! Once the push was so high that I was on air for at least 3 seconds! Please please never ever go with their services! Thats all I have to say.

We booked a seat towards Dharamshala due to new year and they guys canceled the bus just half n hour before leaving and shifted it to some random unhygienic, bad smelling and pathetic bus which didn't even had curtains adn seats were same as HRTC Road ways buses. Also they guys charged us for luggage too.

I have booked ticket from Katra to Delhi. Train was cancelled and they charge 2500-/rs general orice approx 1200 for sleeper.then bus was stopped working in pathankot 11pm night on highway due to fuel empty. Driver didn't know about fuel.whole night people are calling to agent or owner they just says different different words we are arranging bus we are refunding.but they didn't do nothing many people lost there flights jobs kids are crying they didn't care about passenger.they didn't send any help or bus of refund.we eait approx 14 hrs there but no help there.we take another bus then our hard earn money and time all waist.horrible experience.don't go with him guyz.if you want take care if ur self n family they are robbers.they didn't care about you.worst and horrible experience.i didn't words to describe the time.

The travel company is fraud doing fraud with coustomer at the last moment giving seat to the others in black and not picking up our call.

Not at all reliable and third class cheats, I booked a super luxury sleeper from katra to chandigarh via paytm, but at the last moment they changed my bus to Volvo, as when I reached katra station bus was about to leave, I boarded that Volvo bus, bus was of very poor quality with no AC functioning, when I asked the conductor to refund my balance money as you have given me ordinary deluxe bus instead of luxury bus, he blatantly refused saying it is the duty of our office not me to refund, you should take the matter with company, Please beware you are going to be cheated by this fraud company, do not book or travel by city land travel buses.

Never ever travel with city land travels. They provide the worst service & worst buses. Recently travelled on a city land bus on 26th of dec (manali to delhi route) we waited for almost an hour for the bus to arrive at manali private bus point. The bus which they provided us was super dirty, uncleaned windows with rain water marks & broken infrastructure. They didn't even provided us water bottles not even a polythene or a vomit bag. The driver was very rude. All over a very bad experience with city land travels. I will never travell with them again for sure.

Booked ticket for Delhi to Katra. We choose Kashmere gate as boarding point. After reaching, Kashmere gate they told us that pickup point has been changed and we have to go to majnu ka Tilla. After reaching there they said that bus is delayed for 1 hour. After 1 hour, they messaged us saying that bus is cancelled. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

Don't book even if it's your last option. They change seats on their own and don't even listen to your problem. My seat was second shifted me to fourth.

Bus quality and staff are good but we had following problems while traveling from Delhi to Shimla
1) our bus was delayed by 4 hours
2) We had to exchange bus in the middle of the night
3) Our original pickup point was from RK ashram but at the last moment that was changed to Majnu ka Tilla.

Booked 11pm volvo bus from Delhi. Bus reached at 12.15 am and the bus was AC but ordinary.
1) was supposed to reach by 9 am next day, had to get out of bus at 11.30 am next day and was forced to book a taxi
Bus driver was driving for 1st time to the hills
2) bus had some technical issue. It was going back during uphill

The drivers are very unprofessional. 4 days ago I was traveling from himachal to delhi in there bus. The driver at one moment told all the passengers to deboard the bus before the destination had arrived because he didn't knew the way into Delhi.

Worst bus service incase u r travelling to manali or.anywhere.almost 4 hours delay in reporting area and no staff were there to address confused passengers.and supporting staff on phone were not responsive and plus complainig dat dey cant do anything. Better to go by local bus den city bus travels. Deporting time was 12.30 and i guess we wil reach manali by 5.or.late

They are not at all running on time. Change buses according to their will and to add extra customers they will delay your trip till it gets ruined.

Guys please do not book your tickets from city land travels.they charges alot but their services are zero.driver staff have no sense to talk with passengers, they always ready to quarrel and passing comments. We all passengers faces so many trouble by them. They didn't reached destination point at time, and also do not stop their bus for dinner and for toilets.we suffered alot.it was the worst experience of traveling by bus for mine and as well as whole passengers on the bus.they didn't deserve any star

My experience with City Land Travels was very pleasant. Bus was clean, staff were polite and professional.

I booked from goibibo, and got ticket, first goibibo not taking any responsibility after booking, on journey date, I have no information about bus no. And which bus is going to that route which I have been booked. I an calling all given contact no. No one responding and got no. On cityland website what they also not responding. Once a person pick call and and I ask for my bus no. He laughed and said he is going to msg me the bus no. I waited 1 hr but he also not responding. Don't book cityland ever.

This is just pathetic. They don’t even deserve 1 rating. Our bus had engine issues. We waited for 6 hours at the same location without any alternative. Shocked to know that they could not arrange other bus/tempo traveler in 6 hours.
The driver parked the bus at the corner and slept on the passenger seat. The driver and the conductor did not even respond when we asked them about the issue.
Finally after 6 hours of waiting we had to go on road and shout out loud to them to wake them up.
These people are highly irresponsible and unprofessional. Their manager ‘Gaurav’ was not aware of the issue even after 6 hours. So I think the irresponsible behaviour flows from the top.
Also shocked to see that this travel agency is on paytm. I request Paytm to do not provide such a good platform to these irresponsible travel agencies.

These guys are looting. Don't ever go for it. Driver and cleaner are haramkhor. They charge extra money for luggage. They provide khatara bus in the name of Volvo multi Excel bus.

Worst bus service! They charged but didn't provide seat to one of us when boarded and also, no blankets were given and yet they charge 50 bucks more than others

This travel agency has no structure of work.
All their buses are not in a working condition.
3 times it gets stopped because of engine issues. The supervisor never gives a straight answer for any question and from the departure point it gets delayed by 2 hours. Traveling 24 hours to reach delhi from kasol is ridiculous.
Do not fall into the trap of having no bus options and selecting this bus.
Do not book by this travels.

गंगानगर से बस चलकर रात को जब हनुमानगढ़ के पास पहुंची तो driver ने हर यात्री को जोर जोर से बोला कि अगर bathroom आ रहा है तो अभी कर लो नहीं तो bus दिल्ली जाकर ही रुकेगी।
जिस free toilet की सुविधा इन्होंने bus में दे रखी थी, उस पर ताला लगा हुआ था।

The service was not good there are many travel's in kasol or download the redbus app or go tu bhuntar to catch the bus to Delhi they cost u 1500max from kasol to Delhi or bhuntar to delhi

Very very worst services of city land travels.no response of bus conductor, very very late reached at boarding point, arrival time is 9 am at Varanasi, arrived at 6pm.

Firstly no one was der at d point from whr d buses r to start. I had to literally cl d same no# more dan 25tyms nd den sum1 told me dat d bus is abt to leave in 10mins n I had to make a run for d same. So basically no ownership once d payment is received. Now let's come to d ride after boarding. Well d driver wud nt firstly stop for d nature's call. Wen asked, he is rude n had to say wait for anodar 30mins. Now d stop ws for a decent amount of tym, at d most pathetic place dat one cn find on d entire trip to Rishikesh. Finally d bus reached late by 2hrs dan d original tym of arrival! Don't ever travel with them. Worst condition of buses and staff. I can guarantee that you and your luggage won't be in safe hands if you travel with these guys.

Such a waste of time by traveling with this bus. It was delayed by 3 hours from departure point without any reason. After Kanpur there was issues in the Engine which halted it for more than 3 hours. I was supposed to reach Allahabad by 8 but still at 8 we are in Kanpur. Washrooms are not functional. I would suggest not to take this bus

I've had the worst experience dealing with City Land Travels for my Bus Booking from Aut to Delhi.

We paid 3400 for two seats which was exceptionally high compared to other buses running on the same route, just because the departure time was 7 pm - an hour earlier than other buses.

We called the operator at 5: 30 PM and he gave us another operator's number. We called the other number, the guy said he would check and call us back. After that we called multiple times but couldn't get any straight answers. Finally at 6: 30 pm he told us that he hadn't received our booking and the seats were allotted to someone else. I called MMT and was asked to wait for the operator to call back once the seats were confirmed. Moreover, the bus operator kept calling a diff.number registered with MMT, even though I specifically requested them to call me at either of two other numbers I had access to at that time. This went on for a while, after finally the operator called back and gave us the driver's number and asked us to wait till 9: 00 for the bus to arrive.

I was with a female traveler and we both were left stranded alone at a small bus stand till about 10: 40 pm when the bus finally arrived and the conductor rushed us in shouting at us for not being quick enough to board. I wonder who would have been responsible if something had happened to us at the bus stand. Not to mention the harassment from the rude bus driver who just wasn't willing to talk when we called to check the status.

This didn't end here, we were picked and within 2 hours were dropped off at a roadside Dhaba in Beas and were asked to wait for another bus. It took about 2-3 hours for the other bus to arrive. All this while we were continuously trying to get hold of the bus operator and talking to rude and impolite bus drivers not willing to respond. Even during the journey, the conductor was blunt and disrespectful to the passengers at every chance he got.

It was a really stressful experience and I was really concerned about the safety of my fellow traveler and myself, especially considering how isolated some of the stops were. Not to mention the delay in reaching Delhi- both of us had to miss our office that day.

I felt harassed and cheated having paid such high prices and still being treated this way. But I know City Land or MMT don't really care about what the customers go through, so I am not expecting anything from them, just wanted you guys to choose better.
