Today was my mother's MRI the technician was very experienced and the front desk staff were very helpful especially Mr. Vikas overall experience was very good

Mri in dwarka branch experience is good, cooperation and understanding level of staff is good

Such a wonderful experience i had with them.i had visited for a ct scan. They are very cooperative.i would recommend everyone to come here for the test.

The overall environment is excellent.and the staffs are cooperative and decent. The clinic is well-equipped with State of the art technology.

Good experience in this lab regarding MRI and EEG for baby. Staff are very corporative and they are talking very politely.

Very good service they are providing at very reasonable prices, staff is very helpful and soft spoken and give their best support along with full care of the petient, good and keep it up.

First of all, the staff is very good for providing the services regarding MRI. There are many services like online appointment & ambulance, online viewing report etc.

I'll surely recommend to other persons for taking the treatment.

12 Sep 2021 - POOR RESPONSE.

- Booked ULTRASOUND through online platform. Timings for same are 10 am to 1 pm.

- Went around 11.15 am for same but upon seeing sms they clearly said "NO, we won't do it today stating long waiting time of 3 hours. "
However, person in front of me was given appointment for 02.30 PM.

- It was apparent that they could have accomodated me but there was plain denial.
Its acceptable when we visit super mart or grocery store or some convenient store but when you want some medical assistance this isn't fair.

- So I won't prefer this lab or recommed anyone if they have suitable alternative available.

Quality was good. But we were made to wait for more than 2 hrs even after having an appointment. The staff was rude when we tried asking them the approx. Time when it will be done. Because of this we had to cancel other hospital appointments on that day. While billing we were told within half hour it will be done. Had we being informed we would have visited the clinic some other day.

Visited the Lab for MRI for my father, an excellent team of technicians with state of the art lab equipments, polite and helpful staff.

The waiting area for MRI is unhygienic. Full of seepage & fungus kind of smell is there. Please do the needful.

I always prefer this lab as service and quality of diagnosis up to mark. Today I visited for ct scan and miss Renu was so cooperative beacsue child is 10 month old and not sleeping. She did great job. Her service is true customer service.

Staff are polite and co-operative and its nice to have such a good centre in this locality all test are conducted at valuable price

Very bad service.at reception can't give good responce.they don't understand value of patient's time.means before 2 days my all tests was done but still i didn't get my reports. Everyday they say me that evening time, tomorrow, your reports haven't reached here. Go to other branch and collect reports but why will I go to other branch if my tests was done at this branch.

Wonderful expeience with the process and the staff. Initially i was vwry scared to get inside the MRI machine but the staff made me at ease sbd made the peoceedure easy for me. Thank you.

What a pathetic experience. If u are going to this clinic so beware u will get mental harrassment for sure, they will just torturing u.thr Incharge is so arrogant, rude, harsh, senless even she dont have sense to talk to the patient, now you guess urself hows ur test will going to be. She is doing partiality if someone will give little bit more money she will take him ahead of u.thats speciality of this clinic.this was my first and last visit thank god. So if u want to do tests and checkup kindly search another because here u will get only high bp, tension, mental harrassment take care of your family members. Dont send them here. Even you guys can read more comments, if it happened with 1-2 peoples than ok, but u can see many ppls wrote reality about this clinic. So Beware.

Is there anyway I can give 0 to this place. Highly unprofessional unethical and disguisting staff. I will prey their business should run out soon. Nothing like urgent labs here.staff hung up phone on you while talking. I will never ever refer my patients to this place for labs.
