Clarke Salon

Went to get waxed recently and it was such a shoddy job by Sonu I think is her name. She barely let the wax touch my skin or the strips. I had to keep asking her to do it again and even after asking her to do it well it didn’t help. I felt bad for her to keep asking it to do it again but it didn’t work. I don’t know if she was in a rush to go home or had a bad client experience earlier or failed beauty school or just didn’t want to see where the hair was. I had to come home and do it again. Wouldn’t recommend this person or the place.

I have been going to get my hair cut from this place for over 5 years now and have been rarely disappointed. Welcoming staff it’s a real find!

I told the guy to keep my hair medium, he cut the hair at the left side and asked me whether the length is fine. The length was short and it can't be undone, he completed the remaining and I'm totally unsatisfactory with it. Normally, in other salons if I say to keep my hair medium, they would slowly cut the hair centimeter by centimeter and asks me where the length is fine, but in clarke salon he directly cut the hair to the length which was completely unsatisfactory for me and asked whether it was good?
This was the worst experience. The price for hair cut was 200/- for which there are better options in other salons.

Clarke Salon is Very Nice with Best Prices/Discounts. Very good service provided by Sheeba. She is a Make-up artist. She gives 100% customer satisfaction.

It's awesome and wonderful Parlour. Simply loved it. It so clean and there stylist are also good. And sheeba di is so good

Overcharging.they charged 100 bucks for head wash n 200 for hair cut which lasted no more than 5 minutes.the guy seems to be in a hurry.in all salon head wash is included in hair cut charges.

I got my party make up done for my Daughters 1st Birthday. It was an awesome experience. The make up and the hair do was as per my expectations. I was completely satisfied and Happy. The staff was very good specially Sonia (Make up artist) and Shanab (Hair do artist). They took on the extra effort and did all their best to make everything perfect according to the function and my dress. Even Ishleen, The Owner, personally looked after and suggested changes for both the make up and the hair style.
It was a great experience being there for the first time. I will recommend this salon to all others.

I have used there services and have recommended it to friends.the products they use are branded and client service is very good.

They used tissue paper to rub my eyebrows claiming that cotton was not available. How cheap is that, poor in customer service, don't even tab moisturizer or toner after threading. I do not recommend this salon, there are lots of parlour around the area who charges less for threading.
