Claw Nails

Extremely bad experience. I especially took my friend to get the nails done saying that this place is the best in delhi. She was getting her gel nails done for the first time in her life. After spending 1.5 months growing her nails, when she finally sat down at Claws, the attendant filed her nail down to negligible length. We got up and left without getting them done. Service has gone down.

Very bad service. They don’t even know how to file the nails let alone anything else. Service has gone really down. Not the same claws that it used be.

I did a natural refill which cost me my time and money. I expected a good one since they told me it’s one of the best. The lashes fell off just in a day. It was a joke for me.

Claw Nails has been my go-to place for years now. It's been a pleasurable and satisfactory experience every single time. What makes it more special is their artist Faizan who is excellent and an asset to Claw Nails.

Worst nail services here! Don’t go to this place! They charge a lot and the nail extensions are not even properly done. They don’t care about the customer!

Claw nails is amazing. The service here is very good and the behavior of the staff here is very good and the owner of this place is Reena Batra, her nature is very polite, she is a nice person.

One of my favourite places to get my nails done. Been coming here for 13 years and not regretted it once. The service is excellent and so is the ambience and atmosphere. Must visit! PS THE TEAM AND STAFF ARE THE BEST!

Really bad service. Low quality products used. Cheap place. I did extensions and spoilt my enamel. Please be ware. They use such harmful chemicals. I donot recommend anyone to go here.

Visited for the first time. They worked in a mad rush and didn’t even give proper shape to the nail extensions. I will anyway have to visit a different place and get the nails re done.

First time and unsatisfied. They just focusing on regular customer, working in hurry, and not clean at all. They take another tool from their friends and using it on you and again happened with another customer. I think because they considering their price cheap so they don't bother to maintain. Also they don't bother to inform anything about price if we asked for another service. I had 250rupees for nail colour and they provide better service and amazing job than claw.

Unprofessional to the core. They just book appointments and then refuse customers for services. Even the gel nail paint they do comes off within 2 days. Wouldn’t recommend to any

I got my gel nail paint done which came off within a couple of days. Their staff captures your videos and photos without your consent which is clearly a violation of your privacy. Wouldn't recommend to any.

I took their service for the very first time and hated my decision. Never going there. Quality and price they charge for what they deliver stands contradictory. I paid ₹2500 for simple french extensions and they look so poor only after 24 hours. I think they are only considerate of their regular customers and not interested in those coming for the first time trying their services. I regret coming here and wasting my money.

I booked manicure and nail extension services from claw nails GK, the technician name Sonam was professional and polite. Would love to recommend it to my friends.

I've been to this place couple of times because I'm new in delhi this place is right next to my house to be honest there service is really bad. Very unprofessional nali technician and within 10 days my acrylic lay over gel polish has come out. This is the 3rd time it had happend Ivey inform them also seems like they really don't care about providing good service. They apply acrylic without cutting the cuticles.

One of my fav places for nails since ages now! Started coming here when it was just in a room and now when I see it it’s amazing good staff good product worth a visit

It’s not just about nails here.got a haircut done here recently. Though the hair salon area is comparatively small, but they do a fab job. Style and cut by Faisal was a wonderful experience. I most appreciate his taking the time to both listen to my thoughts and making suggestion as per my hair type and personality. He is a great at his job, I recommend him!

Claw is NOT A HAIR SPA PLACE. The back area, where they do eye lashes is smelly, as the bathroom is right next to that area and it is poorly ventilated. The equipment in the place was dirty and the water steam smelt foul, like dirty onions. My wife had a tough time just tolerating being in the steam machine. The machine itself had a lot of visible dirt on its top, clearly not cleaned with a cloth in the last few days. There were cockroaches on the floor, getting into the cracks in the floor skirting.
The ONLY thing good was the helpful staff, Rajesh who more than made up for shoddy equipment in the place. But we can’t visit the hair spa and pay for shoddy equipment, in which the owner likes minting money, but not maintaining their equipment.
Clearly a miss where they can do a great job in a posh market.
Also the nail services are also pretty average.

Oh god! I broke a nail and they said it is my fault that i might have hit it hard somewhere, I said okay. Then the second nail broke and the the third!
The nail quality is poor they started cracking, not even lasting 2 weeks (against the 4/5 weeks assured!)
please tell me how can I break a nail from the middle XD

The best place for your nails.staff is really polite and friendly and the salon is also very nice. The owner is so good this is my favourite place so far their work is amazing. I WAS REALLY HAPPY FOR MY NEW NAILS. Highly recommended

East or west claw is best
The staff there is so good can’t explain in words the property is well made.
The owner Reena is of a very friendly nature
The way how they do the nails and everything is very good
It has been 8 years since I am getting my nails done from there and since then I don’t have a negative review
