Maine clinic dermatech se microblading karwaya abhi 27 Jan, 2023 mey but ye bahar se kisi ladko ko bulaya "Jyoti" jinhone it a Ganda kaam kiya meri eyebrows bilkul beekar di yahan tak ki clinic se bhi koi response nhi deta sab ignore karte hain attitude hy sabme rudely baat karna.
Kya hy ye sab maine 30,000 diye hain toh mujhe ye result Mila.
Aap yehi sab karte hain apne clients ke saath

Very poor management.
For a service of 15 mins they make you wait for 1.5 hrs (even after booking an appointment). Moreover, they marked sessions on my service card for the service that I never took and reduced the committed sessions accordingly. They provide discounts and then reduce the quality of service. I definitely not recommend it at all!

I took laser session from nirman vhr
I have been promised in starting that I will see 100% result, if not, I will be given additional seession, but it's was just tactics to make me fool.
, after taking all session, saw no result, when I complained same to managr/counselor she start shouting n became rude and arrogant, i have faced
multiple times such rude and arrogance behavior in nirman vhr clinic.
After taking 7 session, no result. Asked to take Me take new package, money minded people.
Being an old customer, I'm totally disappointed the way you ppl behave with customer, I have been told the amount I paid for laser is very small, after putting my hard earned money for treatment, Is small for them.
Also told Me mosty ppl comes in clinic from elite class, wow, they judge ppl based on dress and looks and then behave accordingly

If you can't give result, so don't give false assurance, we r not super rich, who will put our hard earned money for no result, in result get unprofessional behavior and arrogance

I wish i could give 0 star to this unprofessional staff and management. This is genuine review and i would suggest none to visit them. It's a mere waste of time and money because you will not see any good results. I'm getting face laser done from here since a year and the results are not at all satisfactory and even if i keep aside the results, staff (admin) over here is highly unprofessional and the management over here is extremely poor. Just because of their carelessness i wait for 2 hours (every sitting) to get 10 mins treatment done. I would highly suggest not to visit them, save your money or visit some other branch or brand. AND PLEASE DO NOT BOT REPLY ME ON THIS, DERMATECH.

Such a Fraud people and company in the name of skin clinic. The male person present at the front desk and manager meenu was pathetic, her behaviour towards there staff and clients are so rude they just want money from the staff. Manager meenu herself taking services while clients are waiting because of her.

So now I had to post about this clinic because it's been a year complete i am taking treatment for hyperpigmentation and till now I have paid 50k but there is no visible results and everytime they are changing my doctor and doctors are changing my treatment. I am so disappointed with Dermatec now because they wasted my time and only made money and no proper treatment given till yet. So first i took chemical peels suggested by doctor but couldn't get results then they suggested me q switch laser i was really surprised when they were using wrong laser machine for my pigmentation issue then after asking them which machine you'll are using because my face was becoming more dark they shifted me to safdarjung enclave clinic where I have taken two sessions till yet but still no difference so they do not have proper machines as well and they are just passing time and doing nothing. Once i visited Dermatec in 2015 when Dr Gulhima was there she was the best doctor and her prescription was also reasonable and she first analysed the skin and then suggested treatment that's why I went again there to get good treatment but since the staff has changed and now they don't do anything no proper appointment no welcoming gesture nothing is there. I really regret going there wasted my one year and my hard earned money. The sales manger there she convinced me to take further treatment and after taking money from me now she left Dermatec and no information about my package given to the staff wow this is the management. I still have sessions left from my package but i am going to stop taking further treatment because it's just a waste of time and money. Bad bad service not even a single star for them.

Fraud in the name of skin clinic.they just convince u to agree for the highest package plan.and once you paid the amount they don't even bother to give appointments. They male person present at the front desk was pathetic, he don't even know how to talk with female clients.
And one thing I am not able to understand if all the staff there is female. Then why one male is there in the clinic. Is there something fishy happening there in dermatech? And there so called senior manager named Meenu - she ll trap you in her words and try sell some another package knowingly that you are already paid 1 lakh and not even taken the single sitting.
The whole clinic is making fool of their clients.better to visit some good skin clinic.

I have taken a laser treatment from Dermatech mostly from Anita. The service has been great and the whole staff is very professional and always try to accommodate timings as per the need. It has been great so far, always got the best advice for my treatment. I had recommended to my friends as well.

I paid for full body package of several sessions for hair removal on 2nd Oct 22 in your branch of GIP Noida. But even on requesting several times in last 10 days, they have not yet given any receipt for this. Their excuses of server problem and unwell employees everytime is really bothering me a lot. Do I need to take any legal action against this?

Dermatech has done wonders to my skin.and especially I would like to thank Miss gurmeet she's just perfect when it comes to laser! She has been doing my laser pretty Well and definitely she has been my saviour when it comes to skin! Go for it guys

If you want to get your skin burnt, want to suffer for 2 years, want to spend extra money, want to be ignored and wait for the appointments, get your skin blackened and maybe get skin diseases, this is the place to be.

Their managers are very very rude and nonhelpful. 3 times I have encountered bad behavior. And so much sales ignorance at their Nirman vihar branch where for 1st time Jyoti (branch manager) was so rude that I have taken the same package for 2.5 lacs from a different clinic, now after 1 year later I thought maybe this time people wud have change but the present lady is so rude, I have asked for Peel package many times, she never replied or respond well and I never get any callbacks from their end despite raising complaint abt her, they no value of the customer and services are also not that good as compare to the price, no wonder people left the. I dapachequery or behaved well Naam bade darshan chode, arrogant staff no customer value, i donn recommend anyone

Got my tattoo removal. The service is good except for the fact that the doctor hardly explains but he does do a good job.

I like it when doctors actually explain whats happening for the money they have charged - like it should be.

Also, they are highly organised and i thoroughly liked the servoce except for the fact that the machine was travelling between safdarjung and def col so once a different technology was used without really seeking my consent.

I went there for face side logs hair treatment and glow facial. I had a really nice experience. My face looks much better than before, hair growth is very less after 2 -3 sittings. Moreover, staff is very generous and kind. I suggested this to my friends too.

Shuffle clients like Furniture

No use of booking an appointment, preference is goven to walk in clients. Mismanagement of rooms. They will ask you to shift sometimes in middle of the procedure. Juggling of room is like 4-5 times in a single sitting. Certain staff acts like gundas and threatens to vacate the room. And client is asked to shift to another to accommodate some one else even if the appointment is taken.

I have been to Dermatech in 4 different locations in Delhi. Def Col Dermatech by far has been the best in terms of their services and customer satisfaction. I’m very happy with the results. A personal favourite there is a practitioner called Kavita. She never fails to meet you without a bubbly smile on her face and is extremely well versed with her work. They are CHEATERS. They charge a hefty amount for treatment and make big promises at first but once you give them money, they forget all their promises. They duped my wife and asked her to deposit 20K for 3 sessions of acne treatment. After that, in the first session, they hardly did anything saying that after next 2 sessions, you will see result. But, in the second session also, they did not follow the proper procedure and an untrained technician, who did not know anything about the treatment, attended my wife. On asking her politely that why she is not following the procedure properly, she replied rudely and arrogantly and asked my wife to leave.
They are big cheaters. Don't waste your hard earned money. Look for other options.
