Recently, I started taking sessions with Archana Pal and she gives excellent service. Because of such a high quality staff like Archana I would want to take more sessions with Clinic Dermatech. I highly recommend asking for Archana to get your laser done from Clinic Dermatech.

The woman named Renu did my laser process today and was wonderful, she was working with so much care and she dictated the entire process politely so that I’m aware of what she’s doing, she made sure that I was comfortable and I was really happy and impressed by her caring nature for the client, she showed dedication and her work was great.

Great services, great results given by archana. She does the laser whole heartedly and for her clients are her top most priority.

This particular centre is very unprofessional.there system is always down, so one has to wait a lot. And no-one has any idea about the whereabouts. Will not recommend this centre

I would like to highly recommend Resham for laser hair reduction procedure. She is one of the best technician working in Dermatech gk2 branch. I got no pain, no burning, no irritation while she was performing the laser. Kindly book your appointment with Resham and you would thank me later.

Pathetic services. Neither the professionals are trained, nor the services are nearly sophisticated. They will get your money and after that nobody cares. Every session had some or the other issue and then the customer service is so bad. Nobody at Dermatec has the basic courtesy of how to treat customers. Will not recommend this to anyone. Badly wanting to get my money back but I’ve been told they don’t give refund. Would strongly suggest that people consider other options apart from Dermatec.

Caused burning of skin due to negligence, which was not even addressed. Instead, the staff was condescending and rude and refused to take responsibility or address the matter. Had to seek medical help.

Negligent staff, outdated machines and manipulative management currently at Dermatech GK-2.

Horrible clinic. Horrible is an understatement for their services.
If you’ve read the reviews here I’m sure EVERYONE has written this that they will run behind you for weeks for getting your money but if you want services in exchange for your money? Keep dreaming because you can’t even get a call back from them let alone an appointment. They sold me the laser package under false pretences of a different machine, the moment I bought it, the machine “was sent for servicing” and it never came back. Beside this they have cut me several times and given me an infection. And it doesn’t stop there, they never ever seem to give me an appointment or a refund for my money. I even requested multiple times for an appointment but they never got back to me. Would highly recommend all to post reviews of this horrible place so that other customers do not waste their money or energy into this place and save them of the horrific experience. Also a huge shout out to SHIKHA who works in Clinic dermatech gk -2 who has been soooooo rude and arrogant, and has always told me she has no appointments, I hope no one has to deal with her. She will be very sweet when you have to get a package and give them money, but the moment you ask her for an appointment, she will cut the phone on your face and never call back. Clinic Dermatech is equipped with great technology and friendly staff. My experience at the GK 2 branch has been commendable. The team there is very supportive and thanks to them that I have been able to overcome many of my skin problems like acne, scars, pigmentations, etc.
