Clinic Dermatech - Rajouri Garden

Worst services, they are only money minded they are looting people on terms of dermatology, my suggestion not to visit here and find some good dermatologist instead to go there and waste your money.

When I went there for consultation they said something else and after treatment they change there statement bcz they only want money.olz don't go there

Unprofessional staff.
I took Doctor consultation but the doctor kept selling their packages rather than checking up on root cause of the problem.
Will not recommend this place if you are looking for proper treatment of any skin concern.

The most pathetic place I’ve come across. Literally regret every penny spent here. These guys will get literally after you to buy packages and will not give appointments after that. The moment you call them and say that you’ve package signed up with them and you would like to avail a service out of that, they will come back to you and say they are fully booked. Also the moment you enter the place with / without an appointment, you’ll notice that all the rooms majority of times are vacant.
The technicians along with the manager are absolutely useless and extremely unprofessional. Now that my money is stuck here, I’ll have to get my session. But definitely NEVER GOING BACK. Not recommending this place to anyone.

I had gone for the hyperpigmentation with absolute zero results. Also they will loop you into paying for whole package and their fraudulent policy doesn’t facilitate refund.

Have been taking laser sessions from them and I must say the results are visible.
The service is on point and Gurleen is always available to help out with any issues faced at the timing of booking the appointments and later as well.
Would highly recommend.

Very bad, staff are not trained, I don't recommend to anyone to go for laser hair reduction service, urvashi is not well trained, hardly knows anything, rude behavior and least bothered regarding customer satisfaction. Excellent experience from Clinic Dermatech Rajori Garden. All staff here are knowledgeable, well experienced, and super helpfull professionals. Deepkamal who manages Rajori Garden centre talked me through the entire process in detail and assured me of satisfactory results for my laser hair removal treatment as they use international standards machines. Gurleen always wonderfully managed my appointment requests, accomodating my prefered time slots and always keeps me pre informed of any changes and always promptly responds to queries. Mahender is male staff who performs the laser treatement does his job well and comes with a lot of patience and understands clients requirements.
Overall i am very satisfied with professionalism and delighted with services received at Clinic Dermatech. I would 100% recommend using them.

I have been getting multiple calls again and again everyday to ask us to join. I was interested for hair removal laser before but obviously we’ll take time but their counsellor is bothering me so much by calling me continuously even though I cut multiple calls (almost 10 times a day).
They are just bothering customers so much not even understanding we have other things to do as well! Other clinics are there too but specifically here they’ll bother like anything, it’s all just about sales!

Services might be good I haven’t used one but you can’t just keep on calling multiple times that too everyday!

I have been a client with Clinic Dermatech (Rajouri Garden) for more than 10 years now. The client satisfaction is not a concern for this branch anymore. Till Geetanjali ji was working here, the services and client satisfaction was taken care of.

I am availing full body laser services from here and after 2-3 sessions I’ve started seeing great results. Staff is super supportive and makes you feel comfortable. Meenakshi and Harleen Kaur are the staff members providing me the services and they’re excellent with what they do.

One of the best outlets where wait time is minimum and the results are damn splendid. Post-op care and follow-ups are incredible with an incredible result post 6 months of the surgery. I got my hair transplant done and I'm pretty satisfied with the results. Thanks a lot for the new-found confidence, the excellent work and beautiful results. A special thanks to Kajal, the sales asst and Dr. Ramesh Pratap for the incredible results.

They given very poor services, their doctors have no knowledge ki face per koun sa derma tool use karna hai inhone mera face damage kia (dr geetika) itni poor service di ab jab mai inse apna amount return ke liye bol rahi hu ye mujhe chakar lagwa rahe hai bar bar or ye bajaj finance walo ke sath mil kar froud karte hai, Amount apke naam per hota hai or jayega direct derma clinic walo ki pocket mai
