Had my laser session with her it was really painless and she is very patient and considerate.she is polite and calmly waits doesnt wind up her session in hurry

Worst service they just take away your money with no results. Once they get the money they don’t treat you well and then doc just made you get service with staff whom i don’t think are much trained. They don’t value the money and time of clients. I paid huge amount for peels but no result and no proper after care consultation. Earlier they were not agreeing that there is no results visible but now they agreeing that skin is not healing after taking so much money. Also doctors talks luke she is not interested in giving consultation for patients with acne

I got the signature facial here which was done by Asha Singh. It was a great experience getting the service from her, she explained the steps taken and their result and also made me feel comfortable throughout. I loved the experience!

Dermatec staff just know how to do fake commitments to their clients.
Doing treatment without any knowledge & just know how to manipulate their patients for products even if it doesn’t suit the skin
Everyday staff changes here because of which every time client suffers

I had my session with Chetna which went really smooth. Till date this was my best session. She is genuinly sweet and kind and explained everything well.

I had my first laser hair reduction session with them yesterday and the experience was really good. From the branch head to the practitioners everyone was quite helpful and friendly. It was Asha who did my first session and she made sure that I was comfortable during the entire session.

Worst experience. Very untrained staff.
I took Chemical peels and face laser. Their peels are not at all effective. Taking services from them is like wasting your money. My sessions are left still i am not taking peels from them, i am taking peels from dermatologist now and i see a huge difference. They just try to save their product. Staff at Nirman vihar is very cunning. Even their laser is not good. Some sessions just get wasted.

It is getting worst day by day. Once they take the payment, then you keep on calling them. They never had a slot for the booking. What's the use of the treatment when you are not getting it on time.

Worst place for HT they are running a scam, after messing up with my head they ignored my calls and refused to give further services which was included in the package… even they are unprofessionals…. Worst results I have… after everything they had put the blame on me and ignored the issue but when I consulted other expert doctors they explained me it was unprofessional and unqualified worked had been done by doctor and staff so the results came so unrealistic this is kind of scam they running with peoples body and life… after that ignoring… such a shame

Very unprofessional staff. I took package from Ms.shabana.and after taking payment she has no concern about the service. My phone no. Is not updated in their records. I don't get any communication from them. And when I tried to reach the center through calls, one or the other reason and dates are given.they have till date not even shared my invoice, n. Don't recommend this center to anyone.

I have taken 7-8 sessions of full body hair reduction at Dermatech Preet Vihar over a period of 1.5 years Unfortunately I’m posting this out of disappointment that I have no change in the hair growth! I still see a usual growth on my body rather some places now have manly hair growth where I used to have only peach fuzz! I would not recommend laser from here to anybody! I regret wasting thousands of rupees n my hard earned money at Dermatech.

Have taken 5 sittings for laser till now and i quite liked the professionals there. Everyone is friendly and polite. The work is good alothough i always opt for the girl name Shabana. She is very experienced. Amarjeet serves me in consultation really well. Earlier 2 sittings were done last year with different machine which didnt hurt but rest with different machine which does hurt. Overall a good place for lasers

Doesn’t matter if you have an appointment or not.you always have to wait atleast for an hour before and in between session.

Cheat/fraud
I have paid more than 1.5 lakhs for cryo and filler and have got no or minimal results for both.

I am now informed that I am lying, which is disgusting.

I have reported no results on Cryo numerous times and got no help. For chin filler i am now told that it can vanish in 1 or less than 1 year however in the chats before the service on chat and call stated numerous times that the product is going to last for 2 years and that was why i agreed for the service.
