Clinical Diagnostic Centre- Path Lab, MRI/Mammography/CT Scan/Blood Test, Ultrasound/Elastography/Digital X Ray in East Delhi

Very pathetic services from them, they don't know how to talk with patients, their rate changes every day, they will quote any amount today and other amount tomorrow for same test, heard that they don't have good equipments from reputed companies. Not recommended at all.

In the midst of testing the patient, their equipment appears to have failed and they call again the next day. It takes 2 days to get the test done here, I stood in line for 24 hours and went home, then came the second day too but till now our test has not been received. Someone else is talking / Someone else is calling The third person in line asks you to follow the line.this is very rabies management I fully fed up for this type of service.

Patient ka test karne ke bich Mein hi Inka equipment fail ho jata hai dusre din fir bulate hain.yahan test karane ke liye 2 din ka samay chahie main 24 ghante se line mein laga hun ghar chala gaya fir aaya dusra din bhi ho gaya magar abhi tak hamara test nahin ho Paya hai.baat koi aur karta hai / bulata koi aur hai line mein teesra aadami baitha leta hai ki aap fir line follow kijiye.this is very rabies management I fully fed up for this type of service.

The lady at the reception doesn't know how to handle and talk to customers. She is very impolite and rude. These people should be trained in basic etiquettes and manners before hiring and dealing with common people

If you are planning for MRI then think twice. I recently faced horrible experience with this centre, report they have made for MRI was completely useless, doesn't show any evidence/signs of injury. When consulted with doctor it confirmed clear signs of injury after analysing films. WORST CENTER AND STAFF DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!

Worst place ever. If you dont want to be more sick dont go please. There are no precautions which are taken there. No gloves while taking blood sample, no bandages available after blood sample is done.no sanitizer in the lab even with the doctor who is taking sample. Even when the dr is doing ultrasound the nurse there opened the room and then talk to the other patients. Plz dont go there no precautions taken and when u ask they say they dont have gloves and bandages

Bad experience, discrimination faced wrt procedures with govt hospital referred patients, this should be improved
