I wanted to buy a shade of Even Better foundation but I want to try out first and see how it reacts with my skin coz I have sensitive skin type but the staff told me that they don’t hand out sample anymore due to COVID.
I wanted the shade number which suits my skin tone but staff denied me to take the product number.unsatisfactory.

They’re terrible at providing the the right recommendations, as with several other make up outlets in India — extremely poor training so you can never get help in deciding on the right shades and products!
