I had done my re RCT and crown from here earlier.visited for cleaning and polishing as i had taken platinum package with them. Pathetic service by Clove-Prashant vihar centre. Firstly my root canal took around 7 months to finish. Then i had to follow them up for cap fitting for a month. Then finally, today i was called for the same. While trying to do same, Mani doctor ”felt that the cap got stuck in my jaw without pasting so I would have to leave with that and incase it comes out on its own then I can contact them again. Please see, that it was stuck and there was a size issue and i was, therefore, not able to close my jaw. I insisted to get it fixed then she tried in the way that she hurt my chin with the instrument and my chin started bleeding.
Even then she didn’t stop and didn’t even realise that she is doing the treatment for a human being. She continued with same. I then stopped her to do further treatment.

Afterwards, another doctor Nivedita came in and she fixed that. Would appreciate if Clove consider experienced doctors rather than appointing freshers who don’t even know how to hold the instruments.

The staff is polite and the doctors are easy to talk to. Sometimes they made me wait for more than 45 mins after the appointment time, but overall the experience was great! Also they take FULL precautions for preventing the spread of Corona. You are provided gloves, shoe covers, and a hair net. At the seat, you need to rinse your mouth with an anti bacterial.

Got my RCT done from Dr Nivedita, with total professionalism and no sign of pain after that.

I am writing this being highly diappointed by the services provided by the Clove Dental Team.
My mother is in touch with your services for almost 4 years now and she is still not satisfied. 4 months ago she got her denture with 1 year warranty. However the denture got cracked only after the use of 2 months. We have given for repair qt one of your branch. Its been almost a month now it is still not repaired. When we call to get updates refarding the latter the staff usually avoid recieving our call and if they do they make excuses for the same. They have been asking for money in order to repair it but it was with a 1 year warranty as mentioned earlier. This type of behaviour is professionally unaccepted.
I request to please resolve this issue as soon as possible.
Its been a while my mother is using the old denture which is not so comfortable and she's facing a lot of difficulty.
I am writing this on behalf of her as I am his son.
I hope you understand the situation.

Professional, Friendly and Reliable! I recently moved to Delhi and although sad to leave my dentist in mumbai after over 20 years I was thrilled with my experience at this clinic. Dr. Shrestha and her amazing team were able to help me out after breaking a tooth. They were able to get me in as quick as possible and fixed my tooth with a new crown. Although I don’t have insurance I found their prices to be very reasonable! They even give you complimentary polishing. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist! You won’t regret it
