Dr. Mehak Tarwani did my rct which was completely painless. I was so afraid with this but it went smoothly and even I am not able to recognise my cap. The staff is very cooperative (Naresh and Anuj)

I got my root canal treatment done here. My experience was very good. And Dr. Mehak is a very caring, and professional dentist, she did her work very well.

I took teeth alignment correction (braces) treatment at Clove and was treated by Dr. Nomi Singh.

My feedback:

1. Doctor gives you appointment based on your availability. I was a working professional and couldn't visit on the working days so I was given the Weekend time.

2. My teeths were in very bad shape and doctor has done a brilliant job to correct the alignment.

3. Dr. Nomi always used to explain the stages of treatment in layman terms.

4. All the cost and charges were explained initially and there were no hidden charges.

Based on my experience I highly recommend their treatment.

This complaint of mine is against Clove Dental.
I was very much satisfied with the previous work done on my mouth earlier many years back but this time with great regret I want to convey that the whole matter has been really very problematic.
My trust in the organization has been disturbed. I am not at all satisfied with the work that has been done regarding the teeth provided to me moreover consult staff is not at all bothered about my plight. I kindly request the concerned authority to help me as I am totally unable to eat anything. I have raised the issue now and then but nothing concrete has been done in this regard. So I wish the C. E. O of the organization to intervene as I think that is last resort as I had tried all the necessary steps. But my problem has not been resolved. I am a businessman and I had wasted both time and money but all in vain. /I had spent /75,000 but I am not even able to eat a single meal and when I raised the issue not only the team At Clove Parmanand colony were indifferent but disrespectful towards me.

There have been a total loss of trust in the organization. I had referred many patients like (Shivani Pal- Treatment completed, Harshita Choudhary- Treatment going and Plashka Pal - Treatment going), etc to the same branch now and then, and even got my daughter's Ortho treatment done but even then also I am facing such a problem and nothing has been done to rectified or to give up considering my problems.

Visited em for tooth ache today.here is my experience i'd like to share.

First of all I had to wait 25 minutes, before the Dentist arrived, she was 15 min late, even after confirming 3 times over phone that yes i am coming to visit for my appointment which was 10 a.m but treatment started at 10.25 a.m.

They must respect patient time as well. I got late for my work, because of this.

After entering the clinic the attendent person before even procceeding anything asked me "fee pata hai na 500 fee hai". Which i felt was not professional at all.

He was aged man and looked like some cleaner or something. I ignored him and didn't pay much attention.

Anyways after this bitter experience the dentist treated me very well. She did the xray and explained me the actual cause for the pain in my tooth.

I got my scaling done in a very professional manner. She suggested me for the RCT which i found is 2X costlier than my current dentist.

Overall it was a mixed up experience to visit the clove dental.

If you ask me personally, if money is not the issue, Yes you can definitely go ahead and start your treatment with em.

I would definitely recommend clove dental.

I had nothing but great experience while going to see Dr. Nomi. Her team was great and she did a great job explaining everything that she was doing and listening to what i had to say. She kept me calm during all of my appointments and answered all my questions. After seeing many different dentists i can say that Dr. Nomi and her team are the best i have seen and i will continue to go there and would highly recommend them to anyone.

My dental treatment at clove started around Dec 2017. I am glad that it will be over soon. In this time period I had 3-4 different orthodontists but I had my best experience with Dr. Nomi. She listens to all my issues patiently and tries her best to solve it. If thinking about getting braces, she is the one to consult.

Taken dental treatment of my 4 years old son from Dr. Amit Pathak. He is having good knowledge of the treatment and great convincing skill to the patient specially kids. The doctor as well supporting sraff are humble and polite. New instruments are also very useful for the patient.
