Excellent and quick work done very much professionally. I was scared but all things went very well.

I went for an emergency procedure as one end of the wiring on the underside of my tooth came off. After the procedure, the dentist there didn’t even bother to check whether my previous retainers are fitting well on my teeth after restoration or not and sadly they are not.

Edited: So after 1 year of my RCT, I found out that I was not done properly as there is swelling in gums (exactly above where the RCT was done)

My journey with Clove started in Karol Bagh more than 3 years back, and since then it's been a roller coaster ride. I got introduced to a number of expert doctors for a number of treatments: whether it's tooth extraction with or without surgery, frenectomy, dental braces, bridging & so on. I would like to express my gratitude for the immense care that has been displayed by everyone. Especially Dr Yash, he has always been very generous and kind with my orthodontic treatment for the past two years & have gone out of his ways to make sure that my teeth are aligned. I would also like to thank Dr Surabhi for being extremely friendly & helpful in the last few sessions of my dental bridging procedure. A smile is a person's biggest asset. I'm grateful to my doctors for their efforts in bringing out the best smile in me. 1. Customer care was reachable, clear and responsive to my query. I don't do dental work often. So they shared vital info abt their system, live status of clinics & availability and then quickly found an appointment for me (at short notice, on a busy weekend).
2. Non-medical staff were courteous. (Although, they could be polished up a bit, I felt). Had me fill a form and guided me to the resident doctor.
3. Doctor I got was Dr Surabhi (seniorest doc at Karol Bagh clinic). She was so calm, it helped me relax. Then she did two maintenance procedures on my teeth - with the professionalism & efficiency of an expert and care of a friend. She paused whenever I asked her to. She answered all my queries (I'm inquisitive by nature).
4. I was doing dental work after many years. Partly because I thought I was ok, and partly because the last time I did, there was bleeding and a filling had fallen out, later. My cousin (she is a dentist, but lives in a diff city) urged me to to go for a checkup & maintenance. This time, I did not face any discomfort and the end results were neat and tight.
5. I was shared info about Clove's dental plans - which were more economical than paying for the procedures seperately. I chose one. Was satisfied. My dentist cousin said I got more than what I paid for (compared to standard rates).
6.4* (not 5*) because I'm a strict person. I don't understand why they make the doctors handle all the financial transactions? ! First, it takes away the doc's time while other patients are waiting in queue. Second, although Clove is a business, it should retain its human touch. Healing is a noble profession and it's practitioners should be accorded that value. This msg (point 6.) is for the CEO Mr Amarinder Singh.

Overall: recommended for dental work.

Professional and excellent service. Dr. Surbhi and Dr. Ruma are very patient and kind. I had very stubborn stains on my teeth. I was given 4 sittings which is not an ideal case with other dentists. I recommend this centre to everyone with a dental problem.
