Ok for some business stay dont expect much but ok to stay comfortable need to improve customer service and need some change kn furniture and other amenties. On the main road easy to reach anywhere near by place in posh colony its Oyo Hotel dnt expect much more

Stay was okay but network is not. People using Airtel might not be able to send a single message on Whatsapp. Service can be improved.

First of all location is in very good place with good parking facility and staff, food is justified as per cost.nearby locations Kalkaji, Nehru place, lotus temple, NFC non veg food, good for non veg food lovers Faridabad and Noida is more nearest NCR City

At the time of check in i was given two single beds as i had requested for a double bed. When asked the reason, they said they got suddenly occupied with all the rooms. The hospitality was pathetic. Waist of money simply.

Staff behavior is very unprofessional and they didn't allow us to cheak in at 12.pm make us wait 30.mnts. Rooms are all wet. The card machine is not working

The hotel has a lot of potentials, but is still not there. They need more professionalism and discipline if they are to improve. The rooms are ok, but the bathrooms are in poor state. The overall cleanliness has a lot of room for improvement. The breakfast has too little options. But the lunch/dinner options (ordering from the room) are good. Overall, an ok hotel in a good location.

Its was the best hotel so far for me from oyo in south Delhi location.the ambience was good.the aroma of rooms was also good.staff were cooperative.at d end me and my partner lykd the hotel

Everything is amazing from staff to food to the location it's situated at plus the rooms are neat and clean well maintained

Good place and equally good staff. The rooms are clean and well maintained, the few days that I stayed here were really comfortable and nice. The buffet breakfast offered too was excellent.

The room service is worst. People at the hotel don't cooperate. I had issues with the room as well. I had to change my room thrice

I had a comfortable stay in edition, here after i will prefer to book on my next visit to this place, but please make sure that you give spoon and tissue for IRD services, i was laughing whole night that how could this happen from the staff.

Worst service service not promt even staff were useless they dont know how to speak with guest even if you have original adhaar card for check in staff said its not a valid ID i need driving licence to check in so make sure whernever you go there forget Adhaar card take Dreiving licence

Great hotel at the heart of New Friends Colony. I chose this hotel as it was walkable from my office. Room quality is good. Food is nice but overpriced. Staffs are very courteous and service is prompt. The market of New Friends Colony is a mere 5 mins walk. You’ll find multiple restaurants and food outlets there, so food isn’t an issue if you are willing to walk a bit. Overall, I loved the hotel during my stay of a month.

Nice place, good location, good ambience and room decor. Food is somewhat overpriced and I could not get hot water in the shower.
