The owner claimed the chair was manufactured in their own factory, but it's clear it's just a generic imported item. The real frustration, though, came when I realized the warranty terms were not clearly stated until after I made the payment. Unfortunately, it doesn't cover essential parts of the chair, like the tilt mechanism system, which is now making horrible squeaking noises. A reputed brand would have offered a 3-year complete product warranty, whereas they only provided a one-year warranty on selective parts. There are numerous online listings offering better prices and proper warranty support for the same chair.

Overall, I regret not choosing a better option and would caution others to avoid them for "office chair" purchases. It's disappointing to see that they sell generic chairs at inflated prices, with misleading claims about manufacturing. The lack of comprehensive warranty coverage is another significant drawback. Save yourself the trouble and explore other reputable sellers with better prices and more transparent policies.
