Dthcompare.com se new connection liya, they said gift voucher and all that but connection lene ke baad mukar gaye.really bad customer support.all are quacks!

They made false promises to customers, They are totally Freud, Please don't buy any products, They hacked card. I lost 5000 Rps here while making payment online.

Fraud Company- I had booked new connection with advance payment on dated 28.08.19. They did not install any connection. I had raised online complaint on their portal for refund but no any refund received yet even after two and half month passed. Nobody is picking up their customer care number. Their sales team pick phone but don't give any solution. I am going to file a case against this company.

Pethatic experience with compare DTH. Take money in advance and don't even respond to your calls.

Its FRAUD company. DON'T GET TRAPPED.they take online payment with fake information and commitment and do not respond after payment.

Free shoes are offered and Rs 1000 voucher offered But no one responding the my telephone. I doubt whether they will supply shoes.

Cheaters, fraudsters you don't know what you are going to face and pay in upcoming days. You have no idea to whom you have messed.

It is a fraud website. It's Very bad service, i am already cancel the connection, but not refund my amount.it's almost 13 days no response from the company.

Fraud comapny.request all customers to make a group and file legal case on comparedth as they has taken advance from customers and after that no response from their side. Even they don't pick call and by chance if they pick call after recognisation immediately disconnect call. I booked airtel dth and they commited to install in 4 hrs. Still after 30 hrs no respond from their side.

Today i have made payment of 699 for airtel connection but they have not visited yet they are fraud don't buy anything from this coparedth.they are bc fraud fraud fraud

All thiefs are working here. Special jyoti, vaisali, rakesh this people will fool you like anything. Police should take action against this company.

They make false promises of gifts in return for booking connection with them.people should directly book with operators like tata sky, dishtv etc instead of booking with this site

I purchased Tata sky from this site. I also paid them rs. 899 via debit card but nobody visited for installation. So i make a call for cancel my connection and requested for refund. But nobody from there end has even showed courtesy to call me.

For cancellation i am trying to 200+ calls on there number which two option (1) for new connection & (2) for complaint. When you press 2 no-body will respond but whenever you will press (1). They will immediately pick your call, but they immediately cut your call if you try to explain them your problem by pressing (1).

Refund my money.

It is a fraud website. DO NOT GET IN THE TRAP Only book your connection directly with the subscriber. I paid them Rs899 in advance to get my self a TataSky Connection booked. After taking the money they did not take my calls and neither did they send anyone to install the connection. There personnel cut the call in middle and will not even talk to you, because it is a mere fraud company. There complain cell as well will not take your call. Beware! Only book connection directly with the subscribers and nobody else. Trying for a refund else would have to approach Dilshad Garden police station for further actions. All conversations and e-mails kept safely.

I payed ₹899 online for new connection but no one came for installation and i m trying repeatedly their phone number but no one pick.now the wait is over.now i am going to fire complain on consumer write office and then will do FIR on dilshaad garden Police station if my installation not take place within next 24 hours

The company impressed me with their timely delivery and quick installation. The technicians before arriving informed us about their arrival and checked our availability and they were right on the time. Thanks guys for your service.
