Earlier, I was also thinking that they are fraud. But today, I personally visited their office, all the staff are very co-operative and they guide me properly.

Its more than 8 months since i hav paid the money, we are still waiting for the books

I have subscribed n paid for ESR, but haven't even single issue, There is no response from the publisher even after repeated complaints. Totally unprofessional company.

I subscribed for 12 months. I havent recieved any of the issues. Its been 4 months and their customer care services are poor as well. They havent picked the phone or replied to my emails.

They will take the subscription money and would never deliver your magazine issues. Its a SCAM by all means!

I have subscribed for CSR and they have not provided a single copy, On calling them no one is picking up the call too. Very worst service.

Very bad experience I ordered for their annual package on march and haven't received any one book yet I am searching for any legal actions against them. Poor service don't get cheated.
