The worst in terms of connectivity, service, behaviour, response time & everything u can think of. Just waiting for some other player to come in our area so that i can get rid of this connection right away.

Behad hi bakwas service, no response, no professionalism, no commitment as per initial terms. Agar 0 star ka option hota toh woh deta.

Don't ever try to use internet services of them. You will make your life hell. Network issues always. 20days you will face issues in 30days time. That's how poor it is. Just plans are cheap are services are worst.

Never pickup call. Services stopped frequently and sometimes it takes 1 day to resolve issue. Pathetic services. They never provide bill of the payment.

Worst customer care service. No one ever picks up the call if there is any problem. The internet goes on and off and makes it very difficult for online classes. They are always in time to collect the money for recharge but are never available when called. Don't recommend at all.

Go for Airtel or some other brand, I have been using this wifi and let me tell you what you will face. You wifi will stop working out of nowhere, If you call the customer care number their phone will be busy all the time (once I tried calling them for total 1 hour and the phone was busy) if you're lucky they will pick up the phone and tell you to turn off your router. At night near around 12 your wifi will get off for 10-15 mins or more. But to collect the money they will come on time. So better to choose other ISP rather than this.

Every time server goes down. Today a full day your server is not working in my area. Please solve this issue ASAP.

Words cannot describe how bad this provider is. You will have to face the service down for hours on daily basis. And if you happen to get hold of them after calling a number of times all they would say is the problem is caused because the NDPL has cut the lines. Please take note of this review before you take the connection.

Conexia has the worst Internet Service. If you mistakenly get it once, you regret in the Future. Facing problems right from the time I get it's Service and I am regretting

Recurring issues and no one cares despite how much ever times you complain.

I live at Surya vihar part 2, faridabad HARYANA. I am sorry to say that your partner of my locality is not behaving well. He gives old items and ask for payment every time. If I denies to pay for old item he leave us suffering. My internet is not working. Pl help

I have been using Conexia broadband internet service for more than 2 years now and never had any problems with anything.
I work from home and the connectivity i get is priceless.
The service of Conexia is more than excellent. Any issue will be fixed in few mins

Don't think twice before getting the internet connection from these guys.

Don’t go for the fake reviews given by themselves i have never seen such unprofessional company there workers are extremely rude.

Their Number is busy 24/7. Does not give u 24/7 internet. If some odd day u try to use Internet in an unusual time it won’t work and if you call them number will be busy. Worst internet service provider. Takes deposit of huge amount for their use less DABBA.

Their connection goes off multiple times in a day especially at night and they receive complains only during office hours which was not what they promised me of 24 hours customer support
