Dlf tower is big building in okhla phase 1, it has gud space for offices and there few companies who have setup office in the building, parking space is available and very spacious. Only drawback is this building is surrounded with slum area.

I'm living in one of their properties, I can confidently say it was the right choice. Safety and serenity define this community.

This company is cheating it’s customers. Do not deliver on their promises. Contact/responsible person (Mr. Sanjay at Kalkaji office) does not receive call/reply to email/messages. Also involved in converting black to white. Raided by ED but still no change...

Very clean & well maintained. Hard to believe that a government undertaking office can be do well maintained.

Very poor Quality. Never Give advance to Kushwaha Homes else you will be stuck with this builder.
