Thanks to CMB, I found my soulmate! It was user-friendly, and the customer service team provided excellent support throughout. I highly recommend it!

I'm genuinely pleased with the profiles provided by the RM. My only suggestion is to enhance engagement. While the connection with my manager is excellent, there's potential to make it even stronger.

I am Happy with CMB, especially appreciative of their consistent responsiveness in addressing concerns and facilitating meetings. My only suggestion is to avoid excessive pressure for meetings, as individuals may require some flexibility in scheduling.

I have read a few reviews below and I echo the same view. I am highly disappointed by CMB, especially their RM Sangeeta Sharma. I too faced the issue of laziness, lack of timely updates etc. Over and above, there was no oversight from senior management in the entire process.

Here is a my advise for people planning to avail their services. Do not go for their one year package. There is nothing that they cannot do within 3 months that they can do in an year. If possible, go for a post paid services.

To the management - If you really wish to understand the problem, I would suggest conducting a feedback surveys among all of Sangeeta's clients than asking for my invoice number.

I was so pleased with the service I received from Corporate Marriage Bureau. Mrs Harpreet went above and beyond to help me to find the perfect match.

Warning: only use them on a post-paid basis i.e. Pay them if marriage is arranged through them. If they try to charge you beforehand then refuse.

Like most matrimonial agencies, they are scammers whose agents like Sangeeta will reach out to you and show a couple of good profiles and try to extract some upfront money from you by saying they are not like other agencies etc. After taking the money, you can expect no more good profiles. This is their "modus operandi".

Think about it - if they are willing to provide good profiles consistently then why not work on success fee basis? The answer is that they know they cannot provide success lol.

Check all the negative reviews below. The "positive" reviews are all fake left by their employees.

I cannot speak highly enough about the dedicated relationship manager (Mr Manav) who helped me find my perfect match. From the very beginning, they displayed exceptional professionalism, enthusiasm, and a genuine desire to help me find happiness.

Scam service. Please check all 1-start reviews below. Rest are all fake reviews left by their team.

They have fraud employees like Sangeeta who will contact you and make big claims. They will send you 1-2 decent profiles and then start asking you to pay a large sum for 1 year of "subscription". After taking your money they will just run away.

All these "matrimonial agents" are the same frauds. Only engage them on a success-fee basis. Otherwise use apps like Hinge, Bumble, Jeevansathi. They have better profiles and don't try to steal from you.

TLDR;
PLEASE DO NOT OPT FOR THEIR SERVICE. WASTE OF MONEY (RATHER A THEFT), TIME, RESOURCES, MOST IMPORTANTLY, NOT TRUSTWORTHY. EMOTIONAL TURMOIL TBH. I have never written a bad review for anyone ever. I feel so annoyed by Corporate Marriage Bureau that I am describing my experience with them here.

They have been reaching out to me since past 2-3 years to opt for their service. 3-4 months ago, I considered to opt for their service. Many people from their organization reached out to me to consider them. So, I thought of giving it a chance. My experience is as follows.

1. Their relationship manager, Sangeeta Sharma come across as lazy and unattentive to me. I clearly highlighted / re-highlighted to her my preferences. I don't feel content with the fact that she couldn't understand my preferences clearly. Even if I documented everything for her on word doc, whatsapp, spoke on call.
2. It’s funny when their team is originally doing promotions to reach out to a prospective client like me. 3-4 people reach out without coordinating with each other. Clearly, very unorganized. They claim to be selling services for Ivy leagues. Better be organized / sorted well internally.
3. I had to follow-up with my relationship manager 4-5 times to request her to update a spreadsheet with details of profiles she was sharing and 9-10 times to update status of profiles as she interacts with people on my behalf. Feels like I paid a huge amount of money and begging them to work for me. That’s not how matrimony services should be provided. Better train your staff. They do not update tracker after following up with prospective boys for weeks / days. It’s not okay if someone is trusting you for important life decisions. I understand that sometimes, people may not respond but I had to be after Sangeeta multiple times to request to share updates or spreadsheet or update it. I spend a huge amount and it feels she was doing a favor by sharing profiles.
4. Lot of boys profiles in the database do not have clear pictures. Moreover, it looks like Corporate marriage bureau platform website decreases picture quality. I had to request multiple times to share more pictures (understandable). I think you should set a bare minimum, in regards to the quality of pictures you accept on the online portal. I feel sad because some guys rejected me based on my looks (what I heard from Corporate Marriage Bureau, that’s the only feedback they could give me for 80-90% of rejections) but I do not know if guys saw my pics whose pixel quality decreased as a result of being uploaded on platform and if they followed up with Sangeeta to ask alternative pictures. Funny part is some of those guys have pictures in sunglasses where there face is not visible. Atleast, i tried requesting for their additonal pics.

I feel sad that I invested such a huge amount in CMB and quality of service is not as expected. Rather, it's far below my least level of expectations. Lol

It's okay if someone disliked me or was not a true match but I don't trust the quality of follow-ups they did on my behalf with prospective boy matches. How they said, guys do not like my pics as the feedback. Normally, if I do not like a prospective profile, I would not necessarily comment anything negative about people looks (but then that’s me). God creates each human uniquely. Dating world in general is unkind sometimes.

Also, after using their service, I shared all my feedback with the CEO and he only mentioned to me that he will pass on my feedback to their internal team. HAHAA……

Before opting for their service, I had requested if they could help me connect with some people who had find partners via them. It looked like they didn’t have enough successes. Still, I tried giving it a shot and extremely DISSATISFIED. I hope for more. Just saying that there are ivy league profiles in your database is not enough. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF AND DO NOT CONSIDER THEM.

Completely useless service. Do not waste money on them. They are completely unreliable and no connect with any prospective alliances. They mark their time and don't understand the requirements.

Thanks to Harpreet, I found an educated and entrepreneurial partner for my son whose aspirations perfectly aligns with our family's values.
I have nothing but praise for the corporate marriage bureau. Keep up the good work.
