Costa Coffee

Costa coffee is located at new food court at terminal 1 Departure. It's above average coffee shop, only few of there coffee are good otherwise a very average food is served here.

Pathetic! Bad food quality, Over priced and pathetic service. They use thick glass displays to display food items which gives you an illusion as every food portion is huge. Do check your bills thoroughly as they tend to add items you didn't order for.

Worst worst ice teas ever served at this place.they are not even bothered if the customer complaints.avoid this place

My ice coffee was so well made.satisfied! Great service, the one beside the exit 2! If this is the one.

Slow service, staff would rather be on their phones texting than serving. Lied about plastic lids being illegal when they tried to offer a plastic soft drink lid instead. Burned milk to top it off.

Very friendly staff. I tried couple of times in different places in airport, their Hospitality is really too good! On top of it when I went for milk for my kid, they didn't take a penny despite I offered them money many a number of times. That was really a nice gesture from them.

Lousy attitude to match the lousy coffee, and the prices aren’t cheap. Go here only in a caffeine emergency. The barista audibly sighed when I asked about a price discrepancy vs the posted menu.

Coffee is very good and servive is also quick. They should redesign their lids for better sipping, it should not burn your lips. Look starbucks lids

Ordered chai (100rs). He billed us for "Assam tea" (167 RS). Bill of 525 rs. Gave us tea which tasted worse than gutter water. Never again.

Visiting from US, we had a layover at Delhi airport and stopped by Costa at Terminal 1 (Domestic Airport, spot in front of Indigo Check in).
Coffee and food is good but we were specifically impressed by the courteous, professional and polite demeanor of the person handling the requests (Suman Paul).
It was pretty refreshing as we found most of the places in Delhi offering a a hurried up, frown filled, disinterested and sometimes borderline rude service. I hope Costa keeps finding good people like Suman and continue to offer excellent service. This is our spot every time we go in there now.

People at airport go to Costa to have one of the best flavor but then you are not offered the cup size of your choice. All small size drinks are discontinued. I don't know the core intention of the store but it seems as it is airport they want to earn more by selling big size cups. Many people are certainly not able to drink 300ml of coffee or tea at once and same happened with me and my colleague and half of the volume has gone to waste bin as they do not offer extra empty cups so as someone can even share by saying that the cups are counted. Very bad experience
