It's a complete waste of time and money. I had registered for the course with Counsel India and the marketing team was actively connected only until the fee payment was made. There is absolutely no directions provided about the course after that and query resolution is really bad. They give all contact numbers to call, for whatsapp and a mail id but there is nobody who responds to anything that you ask for. The staff handling the operations are not even constant. I have 6 to 7 contact number from Counsel India and still there has been no answer to my basic questions.

At time of addimission commitment course mode in Hindi and no support after the addimission totally dissatisfied.

CounselIndia is waste of money and time! The marketing team will reach out rigorously only till you pay the course fee in the beginning later you are completely ignored as learners once they have money. I lacked motivation to study and attend online classes regularly needed support. No attention is paid to learners if they need help reached out to the team requesting support but totally ignored. Once the money is given the learners are ignored. It's purely money game. Not at all satisfied. Would suggest to invest same money in SIP, FD or stocks rather wasting it on such institutes. All my money around 50k is wasted.

They are frauds. They have sales people who will say anything to make the sale of their courses. Will fraduletly get a mandate for payment created by third parties. No classes, nothing and when you reach out to the senior management, there is no accountability. Once a mandate is created, they vanish leaving the third party to haunt you.

Councel india is a great learning platform.i did internship from this organisation and it was so helpful and informative. I loved the professor.nupur man is great, paitent, learned and cooperative. Thank u so much

BEWARE before taking there course and getting your money stuck or thrown down to drain. I had enrolled for 1 year CMC-Advanced course this Aug. I faced multiple issues accessing the course, quality of lectures and ill behaved teachers and staff. You will get No support and no help from them either. If you are considering and need more info about counsel india then DM me. I can share proof, chats from staff, videos of lecture and how they scam people in the name of counselling. Shame on you

Its a horrible experience with Counsel India. Once money is paid then its all upto me how to find everything myself.
1. The timings are not flexible. They change the schedule asper to their convenience.
2. I don't understand anything, one lecture on one topic and done.
3. The PPT itself is provided in the name of study material.
4. If any trainer by mistake uploads some book (which is not written by Counsel India) is also not downloadable. Actually nothing is downloadable.
5. TMC classes are like listening to the radio. I am not able to connect any two classes successfully.
6. Practice sessions are with a trainer only.
7. Internship was also with a trainer.
(no real client/patient exposure).
8. None of the trainers ever gave any reviews on anything submitted in the name of assignments. How am I going to know that my diagnosis or work is going in the correct direction?
9. Horrible relationship Manager, and he left the company and now all I have is their mail address to talk. The last person I talked to blamed me back stating my problems as hypothetical.
The response to complaint mail is "We are working o your request. Will connect with you for solutions shortly".
The so called solutions never appeared to me.
10. The so called mobile app is not understandable.whenever I asked something regarding the app, I will receive a video how to work on it. If the video is also not understandable then its up to me.
11. No communication with trainers or classmates. The so called app where the tutor responds asper to her will not asper to the requirement of the student.
12. All age groups are in same class, when there are arguments between facilitator and students, experienced people say its like a diploma course and the fees is so high, which is not worth it. It leaves people like me totally confused who have paid for entire 'entrepreneurship course' on a loan.
It's been one month and fifteen days since I mailed them my queries and yet no response.if I call, whosoever pick the call is new to company and will look at matter and will connect back, which never happened too.
I have completed the course in December 2022, and requesting for certificates since January 2023. Today its 12/06/23 (6 months almost), they have sent my certificates to wrong address. Now I have no hope of receiving my certificates, leave the so called study materials.
No matter how many times I text them or mail, there's no action taken.
One more month has passed and yet didn't receive my certificates or so called study materials.

I'm currently a 1st year degree student I didn't know the basics at all yet the mentor n whole team supported to the fullest no matter how many times i asked for repeatation they explain really well. It was my first time n hope to do more internships with counselindia

Counsel India's innovative concept of building mental health awareness is excellent. In counseling class more of counseling procedure should be told instead of basic things which people are already aware of. Also practical counseling exposure should be given.
