They are not updating the tracking nor delivering the parcel. Contact number given is wrong and their customer number never gets connected. Please don't use their service.

This is a small office but good enough to get your work done. The executive was responsive. Don't reach at the closing hour, the staff is quite occupied at that time. And carry your own envelope. You might not get it there.
