The service experience was bad to me. Not take care of your vehicle properly. Timelines are not very important to them. On very simple service they took around 6 hours to complete on normal days. Personally recommend not a good option for your car service.

They keep spamming you for service calls and whatsapp messages even if your service isn't due.
Ekta and Shivani are the worst service executives.
Never buy a car from them else you will only spend your day answering their calls.

I had my first service and they told me that i have my 1 year service due multiple times.

“Courtsey honda” Worst place to get repair of vehicle, very negative bad behaviour of advisor. I send my amaze under warranty to change ac coil, they charged for it and now same problem came. I do not understand for what I have paid for when my car is already under warranty.

This Honda sale & service center is located at an extremely conjested and inconvenient corner of Wazirpur Industrial Area. The centre is deficient of space and quality service. It literally keeps cars on roadside lane until and after service.

Stating that hsrp will be fitted between 2 to 4 but post visiting got to know that they are charging 50 rs extra since their regular person to fit the plate has not come and that person also took 2 hours to complete a five minutes task.if you are visiting for hsrp then do not opt this place.pathetic and disgusting place to do that

Pathetic customer service. I booked Honda Amaze 4 months ago due to much coercing by the sales agent on the condition that I can cancel the booking if I get some other option. But unfortunately I lost the booking slip and since then I have been to dealership twice and called the sales agent 5 times and messaged on WhatsApp so many times. But they haven’t even provided the slip to make an affidavit for booking amount repayment.it been 4 months now.

Excellent service. The sales team is always there to help you in every possible way and ofcourse speaking of the quality and engineers team they are just too good at their work. I very much liked the support provided by them.

Work ethics of company is awfull.it was a mistake to buy car from here. At the time of booking when market was slow they committed a discout which they didnt give at time of delivery when market was lil bullish.overcharged and installed additional accessories (without consent) whi h was not mentioned at time of booking.

Pathetic dealership. They will be very proactive and attentive when it comes to selling cars. But then their service is a joke. Completely laid back, unresponsive, and no regard for the car at all. I've had my car repaired twice and have always received it in a worse condition with paint and interiors damaged, tail lights broken. And they charge a hefty premium for being an authorized service center. A roadside repair stall would do a much better job.

This service centre is near to ring road wazirpur industrial area.
People from nearby areas who have cars with honda brand come here for servicing.
Try to bring your car here as early as possible so that you get it on time.
Check your belongings before giving them car and ensure that each and everyting is done properly after service

Worse repair work you can expect. I had to get a bumper replaced. On receiving my car, multiple other parts have been damaged. Avoid this service center/repair shop.

It's a pathetic place in terms of service. They charge money for the parts and services they never do/perform. I'm their regular customer since i have bought my car from them.this time they have charged money for wheal balancing and alignment which they never did and i have to get it done the very next day From outside. After that they have stopped picking up the phone or responding. I'm thinking of going to the consumer court.

Good showroom but need a makeover by time everything needs a change. One thing they need to build a lavish customer lounge to admire a big brand like Honda. Honda is trust worthy brand in india to maintain trust, company should focus more on after sales service as till now I had not faced any problem with after sales.
