Courtyard Farms I Fresh Goat Milk I Goat Cheese

Bought 3 bottles of their milk from one of their retailers. The milk was sour. The store I bought it from was kind enough to replace the bottles. Got home and again it was sour. Now this can happen but the company’s response (EOK) to my complaint was just unbelievable. They kept on stalling for days refusing to replace the sour milk. Kept saying they had to discuss with so -and -so and would get back to me which of course they never did. Eventually they agreed to replace the bottles the next morning. Surprise; they didn’t! No call, nothing. Again they had to “discuss”. Be warned and check your milk carefully. I never did receive a replacement.

I ordered the milk for a near by address to their location. Their team on call is not upto the mark for the delivery.

Very Bad Experience, they said it would be delivered b/w 10: 00 - 12: 00 in morning. After waiting 5 hours at 3: 00pm when I called them, they said the delivery boy would come by 5 pm. Very poor deliver system.

Overall experience with Courtyard Farms has been excellent, good products and faster delivery services.

The service was excellent and prompt on delivery! The quality of the goat milk is great!
