And this is not the 1st time or with the 1st person. You can see their post for same job coming up within 2 months. & in this process they will waste your at least 25 days.

"Charity begins at home". Not sure why an Architectural Firm who take up public projects and have ambitiously entered into designing a few airports and railway stations, fail to look up into their own local horizons to maintain a congenital atmosphere in surrounding localities.this being a "responsibility" and NOT a "charity".

Some of the reviews indicate about interviewing candidates more often but it also needs to be seen how many of those reach the finishing line after such interviews. Does this indicate a trend of over attrition in the firm and failure of the management to recruit and retain people? There seems to be a big role that HR and HR Policies need to play here! How can they be called "professionals" otherwise?

There ought to be visible transparencies under modern day business ethics in areas of CSR, recruitment, retaining, training and delivery.

Hope the management takes care of these.

You can't meet anyone in this office and no one give you appropriate answer and not welcoming you they treat you like hell and some of the time no one was there at reception and if someone is available at the reception and I damn sure that will a server and not experienced person
