Typical croma store but it's small— you don't get many things to have your hands on experience

I papiya kayal from South Delhi had purchased a heater on 17.12.23 and even after requesting for a demo the Croma people never gave me saying it's not needed after bringing it at home the heater started to warm but it wasn't working properly to warm up the small room on requesting for a technician visit they told me to wait for two days ani went tstore again to expect a replacement but they denied saying ki once sold it cannot be returned such a horrible experience had to gift the heater for them to make a fool of someone else

A good store for electronic goods ranging from phones and laptops to audio video equipment like televisions and sound systems. They also keep appliances like washing machines and refrigerators, vaccum cleaners, blenders etc. The biggest challenge is the billing, it takes forever also there have been times when the sales people try to push you to buy an alternate product.

Visited for purchasing an iPhone, they had the desired colour and varient along with card offer and no cost EMI also available.
The store is not very big but they have most items.

It has everything from coolers to a/c, from tvs to headsets and watches to tablets. All are at a discounted price.

Gk branch is small but has a good team.fast quotes with some honesty go a long way to close a deal.

Amazing experience as always, and good atmosphere on the Independence Day. Ms. Sweetie in sales is very kind and helpful.

I just bought the earpods and it's really a good qualit, I entertained by Faiyaz from sales person He's give a full information about product very patiently.croma gives the genuine products. Thanks

Service is okay. Some staff like Sachin Gurjar are very good. But head store manager doesn't care too much about customers.
Overall, I purchased a Rs 42K AC and struggled with installation. It is better to buy directly from company.

Terrible experience. Lazy and inexperienced staff. Basic billing is an issue for them. Harrowingly long time. Took over an hour to bill.

They don't have things in display. They will show you online. I went there for a washing machine.they asked us to check it online.

It was good to shop around but a bit crowded I would rather suggest you guys to place your order online it would be a little bit time saving. Even the sales team were so irresponsive and egoistic

It's a very good place. All electronics are available there at best deal, you should negotiate at very well price if you want to buy from there. Washing machine was not physically present over there, they will show you that over laptop and will deliver it to your house.

If you are looking to check laptop physically don't visit, in the store they will show you laptop from croma website, bad experience

Seems to run out of steam. No interest in customer. Was surprised to know the guy attending me didn't know what a camcord is? !

Very bad experience, they would force to to buy those products in which they have bigger margins

Super helpful sales staff. Suraj especially is excellent. Not the biggest of Croma outlets, but the staff kind of make up for it by suggesting a variety of options.

Croma is offering additional discounts on some of the credit cards during ongoing Diwali festival. One should check for these discounts before buying.
Staff is courteous, Covid precautions are also followed.

Unaware staff, delivery minimum 7 days, price is higher than other stores sargam, vijay sales etc, dont visit

Worst place to buy any items. They do not care about you once you buy anything from them. If anybody is going to buy anything from them please be aware as if anything suppose to be done from their side after the purchase forget it that its going to happen ever.

The staff was friendly, but there is no place to sit, yet it's a place you can check out new devices and buy them.

It's not good place to buy electric products in billing they will take too much time and they don't have good range of products only some selected products available that's cost your very much high amount comparison to another place.

Called customer care multiple times. They didn't pick the call. Once picked, they didn't answer and put me on hold for 5 min. Only one number is available which is not useful. Pathetic service of Croma.

Bought a phone from there they are helpful still they have to improve their services and they should be more customer friendly.

It is bright and optimum utilization of space has been done. The front facade was very dirty. Very limited parking space available and best valet parking facility is available.

Croma store is very large shop for electronic goods mobile laptops, cameras and allied items. Rates are competitive.

Nice place for having Demo's. But you have to be good enough to do some bargaining. Make sure to check price on Amazon or flipkart before buying anything.

Glass of water could have been offered however it wasn't. Still shall rate it as above average experience.

Had gone to see LG and TCL, the salesman was totally disinterested, any question I asked had the same response of "this is how it is"! Very unsatisfactory visit, expected more from a brand like chroma.

Worst experience. False commitment at the time of sales and no after sales service. AC installation was not provided. Service men came without any wooden planks or fitting equipment. They said they are not responsible for AC fitting, they can only make AC work at the designated space.

One of the best retail experiences I've had in India. They didn't carry what I neededd, but worked w me to contact alternatives and called around on my behalf. And while I waited for return calls from the places they called, they didn't try to sell me everything in the store. Just let me browse in peace. Next time I need any electronics in Delhi I will go directly to this Croma location

Less crowded and helpful staff makes it a good place to Shop from.

Prices aren't competitive.

Friendly staff, nice ambience and a good collection of items. Some good options also available for payments. Highly recommended.

Good for small items like LED TV, mobile, speakers, etc. Heavy and bulky items like fridge and washing machines, AC, Coolers etc.are not on display.

Nice customer experience i would say. I have been buying stuffs here from last 5 years and everytime i have been there i had a good shopping experience. The sales people are more like consultants as they give you proper product information and guide you to make a right decision.
