As much as Croma is believed to be a Tata product, People come to Croma because they will get good service, but their staff behavior is very bad. The staff hides each other's mistakes, and doesn't give any importance to the clients.specially MEENA (who is working as icici representative) and one more, I forgot his name.

Helpful staff but service after buying products was not good.got faulty washing machine n after complaint also the issue was resolved but he didn't even close the machine frm back n now another switch isn't working

Dont add phone number which they dont even answer to, literally i called like 15 times in 2 days, they just keep declining my calls, and now i just called they picked up, i said hello and they just cut the phone, Extremely disappointing

Pathetic service, the only reason I went to croma is bcz of there service, it's been more one month and my service request isnt solved yet! Will never evry buy from this outlet for sure.

Purchased Product was damaged.
Same product wasn't available, it consumed a lot of time in refund as well.

Good electronic store where you can get all sorts ranging from mobile, accessories to sound system, TV etc. Rates are competitive, overall a good place to buy your electronics. They have stores all over India.

Bought a microwave convection oven when delivered its base point was missing and above all the ring on which its plates move was also missing when I complanes to the store incharge he told me that they will deliver within 1 hour but two days spent I got no response through their end. Later I visited personally and demanded to refund the product value amount.

When I purchased a bad executive says 1 year warranty available on this bag. So I went to go the store because my bag zip not working properly they said no warranty available on this bad.

Nice place to shop Electronics including Mobiles, Led, Refrigerator Etc with vast range of products.

Just don't think of huge offers.
