It was such a pathetic experience with t3 domestic at Croma I went to croma to buy an item and I was asking for the discount and one staff went to the manager and asking for a discount one lady was there in blue shirt she was not replying for discount as well as keep talking to the phone, while I was standing over there for discount and she was busy in eating as we’ll.
This type of behaviour being a Tata customer is not tolerated.

I was scammed! Please avoid this shop!
Yesterday (29/03/23) in the morning I bought a phone in this shop. Today I have realised that the seller (Amit Bisht) had duplicated my debit card (the one that I used to make the purchase) and was trying to make payments with it. This is literally the only place where I have used this card recently so I have no doubt that it was him. Additionally, it seems that he was looking suspiciously at me while I was entering the pin number.
I am posting a photo of him, which I got from another comment so that you can avoid him.

Good place to buy Electronics. Croma Delhi T3 Domestic Airport is a nice, clean, well organised store wide range of products including Good customer service.

Pathetic quality product, wireless croma headphones not working just after a mere two times of use, there customer care team unable to track and help me using my contact number, this brand is running a scam, better go for an established brand and dont waste your money.

I dealt with Ankit Aswal and I was surprised to note the honesty in him while focussing only on client interest and not just work for increasing sales. It is difficult to find such sales persons any more. This makes me a loyal customer of Croma especially Terminal 3 Airport.

I got air pods which turned to be defective, I got it replaced. Be careful while buying, check and do take products before leaving the store.

I bought a headphones of rs 25k and now its Bluetooth system is not working jst used for 1 month now i cant go inside the airport to change this and i am trying to reach throught calls but no answers from them i cant jst book a flight tickets just to go to the store

Very limited selection. If you are in kind of urgency, you can buy but not for shopping surely.

The best customer service we ever received from Taleem Hussain. We were travelling from Canada and after a very long fight we asked Taleem a request were ever other stores/ airport employees were not able to help us with a month old baby. Nice showroom. Nice location. Lots of products on display. The staff and ambience is very good. Staff are helpful without being intrusive. Need to have time on your hands to do justice to the spectrum of products. However the Croma customer care line could do with some improvement. Overall a good experience.

It's the worst store I have ever come across. They are cheaters. Yesterday I brought saregama carvan from indra Gandhi international airport, I was travelling to Saudi Arabia, here when I opened it none of its buttons or remote are working. They don't have valid customer care number or emails. I tried all there emails but all are fake and there customer care no has no option to speak to an agent. I am not travelling soon to India and don't know what to do with it.
My request is to all customers not to visit this store

Terminal 3 New Delhi, entrance for international passengers. Very much attractive, soothing. Entrance for departure gates from 1 to 26. Indian and international product of need may be purchased. Very attractive goods for home decorations and of personal use of any gender are available at uncountable shops.

A nice place to find all tech stuff. The online and phone customer service sucks though. I tried to get info through the phone but nobody picked up.

An audio connector costs 2000 Rs. You may as well buy a pair of earphones at the same price! Ridiculous pricing!

They store only high end models e.g. JBL ear phones start at 650 INR but here starts at 2200 INR. Staff is not courteous.

The person looking after Headphones section very knowledgeable and knows his stuff. He is well versed with technical details and guides appropriately based on your needs rather than trying to sell. Very professional approach. Highly appreciated.

Very poor customer service. The Rep (Siddharth) told me about Damage Protection plan through Onsitego and gave me extended warranty. Today after 5 months when I went to nearest Croma store in Dwarka I got to know that the additional money which I paid was for extended warranty and not Damage protection and I need to pay almost 4k for a Tab which is worth 6K (new).
This is really unprofessional and upsetting. I never expected this from a brand like Croma.
