Croma - Select City Walk

The worst experience of purchasing a product. Once paid, it is customer's headache to keep following up for delivery. Pathetic and careless attitude of staff.

The worst customer service in the entire city. Never go to Croma in citywalk. Instead pls go to other Croma centres. The people here are trained to literally piss customers off. If they don’t have an item, they will ask you to pay in advance and buy it without even checking it out. Like literal blackmailing - you want it? You buy it without seeing. We will order to the store later. Very bad.
