Good store to buy electronics. Very disheartened to see the poor service. Even many of the salesman don't have manners to talk and respond to the customers. Myself a very old customer, but this was for the very first time I left store due to sales men misbehavior

Shopping from here is more price effective as compared to online shopping. Plus 1 day delivery.

2 cash counters only, even for a small queue you have to wait for a long.
They have a multistory shop but they don't have carry bags.
The attendants are good. They knew all the features of the product and advice you to select the best product.

I just went to this chroma store to buy some Apple accessories and they greet us when we entered. I didn't expect that kind of greetings. I can say that they are very good in handling customer.

What happens, when u enter the showroom, n look at any of your phone, a group of sales man roam around u here n there asking any help any help? No my dear no help require, let us explore the feature first, if we like it will buy it, don't push us to buy or roam here n there

They provide worst service ever. There main aim is just sell their product and after sell services is zero. I brought washing machine and they deliver the damage one. And after that we complain about that and they said we send a Technician but no technician is come. And they don't even pick calls. It was their fault that they deliver the damage one. Worst service ever. Not recommend to buy from them.

Croma Janakpuri have pathetic customer service. While selling the product they guarantee you to take care of any and every issue. While in reality, if you face an issue, their manager will be one of the worst salesman you will witness. They tend to make their customer realise how low-cost they are instead of taking any responsibilty or providing solution. For a better experience, rely on any store than them ever.

Pathetic service. Stood thier for 30 minutes and no one attended. And at the end they just came with a lousy face that nothing is available in stock. Not recomended.

Only good for branded products if financing is needed. The price is usually higher than the competitors, online and otherwise. Do check a couple of other places as well as the online portals. They do tend to negotiate, sometimes as much as 15%, even though they'll deny it upfront the first time.
Really annoying staff, all they do is try and sell add-ons and supplimentary products, usually priced way higher than the market standards.
Never fall for their insurance scams as it's virtually impossible to cash in any claims on electronics in this country.

There prices are at higher side on comparison with other electronic shops like vijay sales or sargam etc
But here you can get large variety of electronic which is not available on other shops

I bought ref from this store when i open the ref it’s dis balancing and there is a visible wire inside the ref and i call this store many times no one pick the call i will never buy anything from croma again

Good range of products are available here. I went there for mixer grinder. I was looking for Preeti, Bosch and Sujata but these brands were not available there.

This Croma store has been my staple for quite a about 3 years now and so far I am yet to have a average experience. The staff is courteous, knowledgeable and do not push you. Also, their aftersales service is unparalleled if you ask me. Kudos!

Can't good or I purchased one laptop its have manufacturing defect, they replaced but I didn't notice other one is also repaired: - (

i asked for Smart TV of their croma and they lied and given me normal led of sony.and that to after a weeks wait and best part that product was incomplete.
Their manager was trying to hide their mistake and was not supportive at all.

TATA's from Salt to Software.if you are an Indian think find yr connection wd TATA's.

It was fine but I didn't the product model that I saw online in their store previous day. But the staff was good as they were listening the problem.
