It is one of the finest place to purchase electronic items in Kalma Nagar, the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful, besides their customer service is also quite good. Highly recommend.

I went to this store twice. First I purchased a Laptop and today I went to purchase an LED TV. While purchasing the Laptop I was asked to take additional warranty. When I denied, the sales person very smartly removed the discounted price and told me that we are giving free warranty. While billing the price in the system was 1700/- less which the staff tried to adjust in warranty. I had doubt, then after billing I asked them to show the actual price then I came to know the real price and I raised alarm. Manager or may be some senior executive tried to sort out the issue and gave me extra amount in cash and appologized for the inconvinience caused.
Now today also while purchasing an LED TV, same thing happened again.the staff tried to play smartly.they told me the price as 10,490 and the person as billing counter said the price is 9490/-. Why you are billing 10,490/-. Then the sales person whispered in his ear "karde koi issue nahi hai". After billing again I raised the alarm but this time I returned the piece.

My fault was that I again believed you and gave you opportunity to serve transparently. But you proved me wrong again.

Guys, Please beware while purchasing any item from this store.and make sure to check all offers and price.and make sure that price is system and what they offer, matches.
Sorry to say but you guys are ruining image of Tata group, if croma is really a TATA group company.

Pathetic customer service. They just believe in selling their product and do not support their customers for installation of products. Highly dissatisfaction and disappointed with it.

Tata Group is a very trustable bread. And he knows how to stylize the customer. Its perfectly prepared. If you will get all the electronic things. Like AC Washing Machine Mobile TV, all these reasonable prices will be available. If you need something, do a store visit.

I personally didn't like the place personally due to a personal experience. It was first and last time I went there. When you enter here 6-7 staff members ask you what do you need at entry gate, it feels very uncomfortable. I went there 2 times same day but same experience.

Want washing machine/AC/phone/Laptop/etc? Go visit the chroma store which is a Tata brand and believe me just like any other Tata brand, they have really good stuff around with reasonable prices. Even if you prefer to buy via Amazon or online, I would still recommend to visit this store to get an actual idea of price+quality of same model and most of the times you will get cheaper price in their store. (Except Big billion day of Amazon: D)

I purchase a Hitachi window ac.on march so i faced some technical issues, i call customer care, Hitachi customer care but in last! I call in croma nd their given no is wrong or switch off.i called many times but they can't pick call but i tried, tried in last they pick up my call and note down my request nd they said technician contact u in 24 hrs but now already passes 2 days nd no technician nd customer care contact us very worst service.someone suggest me Hitachi their service was so good that's why we purchased it nd experience is too worst with it.my ac on EMI if they provide a this type of service i can't pay nxt installment.

I came to buy a phone for my son, oneplus mobile yesterday and today, counter is open, phones are displayed but no executive for that. I was told that there is no executive. Even there is no supervisor to guide. It appears they just don't want to sell. Gatekeeper also told me to go on online for any query. I bought a Samsung mobile 3-4 months back from here, it was fine, so I came to buy a phone for my son also but very disappointed.

Croma staff attend their customers well and they try and understand the requirement based on your need and showcase accordingly

We usually visit offline stores with pure mentality where we can get to know more about product specially for those products where we need to feel and check like speakers headphones etc but nothing such facilities available and to add on charging more then online prices. I invested my time my fuel to reach outlet but it doesn't make any sense. So would not recommend.

Average experience, the sales executive seemed keen on selling us the mobile which may be had more incentive rather than the telling features n details of other phones. He seemed disinterested in telling about all the phones within a certain range and was stuck to benefits of one model only.

Went there for replacement queries and staff was so helpful we immediately got the solution. Really amazing service by croma

The place is quite good and spacious. You can find here any electronic device you want to purchase. You can also take demo for the device there. They have offers running a lot of time during the year. Staff is helpful but I'd not say it is great. I recently purchased an iPad from Croma and I'm quit happy with it and additional to that i got a free Croma speaker on it so it's a good deal.

Very very rude staff. They will behave politely if your transaction is above 60k+ and you are ready to buy everything they are trying to sell you. And else they make you feel like you are going there and asking them to give you electronics for free. Pathetic experience. Really really bad staff.

I visited last week to buy myself a much hyper latest phone at Croma Kamla nagar.at first I thought of ordering from AMOZONE Online but inspit of comparing n reviewing 50/60 in utube I got struck between Samsung S10+ and controversial huawai p30 Pro.
So I decide to take a stroll at the store. Luckily it was avaliable, reception good, sale staff were genuinely honest in figuring out the brand merit n demerits. And cherry on ice cake is. Emi is provided n even finencer were at the store to provide the loan. Finally after much deliberation i choose Huawei P30 Pro based on battery n cemera porformance. However S10 resolution was fabelous.
Thanks to entire team of Croma Kamla nagar n do keep up the good job.

Usual croma store. However, they have very less options available in the mobile section. The one we were looking for was not available. What I don't like is that each croma store staff would say that, particular mobile is stopped being manufactured, if it's not available with the particular store.

Nevertheless.they had some offers running.every weekend so defer your buy for weekend so that you can save some bucks

Too high prices. Feku clients working there. They say something but something will appear on the bill. Bought a laptop and tricked into buying another useless travel bag by citing offer price. But the bill will show something. Croma kamla nagar is the worst.

I will suggest people to not go there very poor service thy have. I called them for AC service from last 11 days n nobody came I visited there 4time to know status.thy just saying engineer is on the way or other reason.

Their customer service is horrible. The phone number never works. While buying they push for you to spend as much as possible but as soon as we start facing problem.with the product they do not help at all. My jbl headphones stopped working, it is within warranty but the croma customer care refused to change it and asked me to contact jbl customer care. The jbl customer care doesn't respond and I have been calling croma for help and their customer care too is unresponsive. No one should ever shop in croma. Even when I bought my Nexus 6p they forced me to get an insurance which cost 4000 extra and when my phone broke they didn't take responsibility and the insurance claim was denied.

Good place if u willing to buy the electronic product. Staff are well trained bought a refrigerator from there in a good deal
