Croma Pusa Road, New Delhi

Bought vivo Y200 5G today from croma pusa road, No doubt it is a very good phone and we got a great deal of instant discount from croma
But the reason behind this THREE Rating is the sales guys there didn’t give proper information about availability of the product, they made us pay the amount and everyone dispersed & disappeared
No one was attending us and I had to go to them and ask them about the product.
Finally we understood product is coming from somewhere else so we went for lunch at 3 pm
The whole process took 50-55min
They could’ve properly explained us the situation and ask us to wait or ask us to come back after one hour or offer us home delivery
Guys look into it and don’t repeat it because you are good at giving product details and deals but mistakes like this will overshadow the good things you did.

Only when you are sure you have checked everything than why are you click photo with product This means that person purchaser is a thief Means you don't trust your customer What could be dirtier than this for a customer

Very poor after sales service. Been calling and waiting for 5 hours for their technician to visit my place. He is making me wait from past 5 hours and whenever i am calling he is just saying "coming in next 30 mins or 1 hour". And no support from Chroma team as well. They themselves dont know who is sent for service. Asking me instead for the number of concerned technician.

Made a mistake buying AC and RO from this Chroma. Will not repeat this mistake

I ordered apple charger from croma and they got the most worst service i have ever seen.

I have paid for the order and they promised next day delivery but no body called me that day.

When i raise a complaint they said they will take 2 days but no body even replied me afterwards.

They always say they will callback but they never callback.

Crowded Location! Croma should be open in Mathura (UTTAR PRADESH). I take guarantee dat it will gives maximum return's! Because in mathura there is no electronics mega stores! And there is Soo many electronics shopping lovers! Which can gives best results!

Good availability of products, good staff but prices are higher from online platforms upto 1k-2k l.

Thier after sale service is very very bad that to just after one or two days of purchasing my ac i kept on calling them for my ac installation but i got no response. I am regularly contacting them neither the store manger nor the technical team is giving me me a response. Thus i will never purchase anything from croma. I also suggest that no should buy any product from croma.

They don't have what you're looking for most of the times. They don't have their own voltas product which is also a subsidiary by TATA.

Store is just waste of time. Evertime you go they will say that bill it today the product will come in few days.like we are buying online. Staff is non- cooperative. Worst experience of croma is here in karol bagh. I recommend not to visit the store because of very poor work culture.

We went to Croma Pusa Road to buy a mobile phone. The staff answered our queries patiently, and were not pushy or trying to score a sale. The person attending us made suggestions, provided comparisons, gave us our space to think, and patiently waited till we called him. He helped us through the sales procedure, providing us benefits of specials we had not known were on. Definitely recommended place for a purchase.

Its better to buy genuine products from.just cross check the price from online platforms. Staff over here is helping.they ll try to get you better product. Warranty and all are some salient features of croma.

Very Supportive Staff. They are really very helpful in decision making process. They are packed with a wide variety of products. Prices are definitely lower than the market. They also have various offers available with them. Do visit the store if you want to buy any electronic item. Products are genuine and they have nice customer care as well.

Croma centre is at prime location beside Karol Bagh metro. It is two storey building. First floor equipped with electronic gadgets like mobiles, TV, earphones, Bluetooth etc and on second floor you will get home appliances like iron, tea cattle etc. But problem is that they don't provide many options like i went to take tea cattle of particular brand but it was not available over here.
Baggage counter is there. Service is good. It also provides parking at ground floor.

These guys are worst.they themselves don't know what the cashback offer is even after confirming on phone.wasted my 2 hours

Terrible at customer satisfaction. Bought a mobile and once the purchase wa on, was asked to get up to acoomodate other customers. Thereafter the response continued to be lukewarm while one would have expected salespeople to be more careful. While moving out stopped again for some mistake of the billing clerk. Had to apch the manager for resolution. Pathetic

A good location and wide variety of electonics are available. Most important that in a place like Karol Bagh they have proper parking facility. Nice helpful staff. They are open around 08.30 pm which is very convenient.

Nobody knows about the printers they have. No slips showing the unit prices. Thought of buying a printer today ie 2-10-19, but to no avail.

Well equipped store with plenty of options, but the prices here are conflicting as, we found displayed prices of some stuff even higher than what is listed on the official chroma website.

My frnd got oppo mobile from here.rates are reasonable.staff behaviour is friendly.but they play a trick by offering chroma sponsored service warranty at extra cost.i will advice never take tht.and besides chroma product really sucks.if u want to buy laptops and mobiles this place is guddd.

Seller boys don't know what they sell, I went there 3 times in 2 days but I'm still confused about what I want to buy

Store is really nice and beautiful. Staff is really helpful and good. The store is on the first floor. You can also take lift if you wanted and there is parking on the ground inside the building. There is also a nice collection of bags which I personally like. The counter for the billing is on the corner of the store. Bag or any other thing is not allowed inside and is put outside in a box. That is all.
