Hi, I went to croma southex to purchase LG microwave, but at the time of delivery 2 microwave jars were not delivered to me and their phone number om the bill is also not working. This is really pathetic and customer care executive is
saying that u need
to visit store.
And not even provided store contact details.

All items are available more or less. Competitive pricing w.r. T the options available on the internet. Parking can be an issue though.

Went to look for laptops, tablets and few other home appliances. Availablity of variety of brands and models helped me in reviewing various features and make wise decision. The promised to deliver the product at in a days time since they didn’t have the product available in store. However no deliver was made on time, even the customer care doesn’t seem to be of any help. Extremely poor services.

I purchased my TV in 2018 at that time it was working well but after 1 year YouTube is not working as it was showing 'this action is not allowed'
But due tu covid pandemic we didn't contact with your team but today i call customer care as they were saying for service charge and that is Rs. 956.
Sir/Mam this is not fair as you are asking for so much high service charge if your product is not stable then why we pay for that and if we wish to pay then Rs. 956 this is so disgusting.
I am also using other companies product there service charges are nominal that everyone can afford.
And for your kind information when i visited your store to purchase new TV we are pre planned to buy SONY TV but your influencing team influenced us to purchase CHROMA TV and The result am getting now is this.

3 storey store with all types of appliances available. They have a good range of items and the staff is knowledgeable and helpful for all products. Schemes come and go on and off but it's likely that you'll get what you are looking for.

The place is running out of stock on tablets and laptops. The staff doesn't have any idea if anything is actually there in the stock at all. Worst thing is they don't care about their customers waiting for an answer.

I had gone to shop for mobile phone. Wish they had more stocks. Staff was very friendly and well informed about the products. Five stars to shopping experience.

It was nice and cool and clean place with good staff everyone was willing to help me. That's not sure that we anything from them but they were very helpful and trained.

Well it's always fascinating to go into an electronics showroom. Feels nice to se a variety of tech products when you go just for surfing. But when you go there to buy something its obvious that you are going to get confused what variety to buy.
And then comes the role of people working there to tell about pros and cons of various articles and help compare them.
Thats the part where croma fails. You donot get an unbiased view. They'll keep on supporting the sponsored product without giving valid reasons

Good place to buy e-gadgets. If you want buy an expensive gadget, croma do provide finance option (does not require credit card) which is very convenient for any middle class family to buy their dream gadgets. Even if the product is not available in store, staff is very supportive and they will those products available within few days.

They don't even deserve 1 star as well.
I bought refrigerator from croma South ex Delhi and after 2 month the refrigerator was over heat & there was a cooling issue.
So I raise am issue regard the same the Cx support team answer and said that in following days the technician ll come and check.
The technical guy was so ethical and unprofessional, he don't even find the address which is very common and finally he got angry and no more receiving my call too. So arrogant.
And again I call the department, he received and said the same, they don't know how to handle the Cx issue rather than solving the problem they just irritated and aggressive.
In my life time croma product ll never use again,

Good place to shop. Good staff, they will welcome you and assist you well. Had gone to purchase iph 12, although it was not in stock Rahul Singh helped in arranging the same from east of Kailash store. Kudos to Rahul and Croma. Keep up the good work guys! And yes they also have valet parking, hence no parking hassle or charges.

This Croma store is next to South Extension which has visited most of the residing in South Delhi. It has variety of electricals appliances, mobile and laptop category along with accessories for electronic items. They have a price match feature which can be matched with MOP (Maximum Online Price) IF it can be within price range of buying.

Nice experience. Staff is cooperative. Big store. Tidy and well organised. You can see stuff at your comfort

I wouldn't wanna say like this but Cromā made my day. Thanks to the sales person and Mr. Nasim who helped me save havoc in warranty extension as well as in procuring no cost EMI for my iPhone 12 mini purchase. I reached store totally exhausted & he had been very nice to explain me schemes time and again. I really appreciate the empathetic values displayed by staffs at Cromā today and definitely look forward to visit again.

Nice store. However, they don't have a wide range of laptops. Even if you pick a mid-range laptop, they would discourage you saying that the laptop is not a good choice. I wonder why are those laptops in display if they are not a good choice.

It's one stop shop for all electronic related items. I enjoy shopping from Croma. Great place for people who enjoy the experience of offline shopping. I highly recommend to other customers.

Purchased LG TV from here. Product delivery and installation were done the next day. The disappointment was the sales person tell you a price but at the counter will increase the price by adding useless discounted add on services which are not actually discounted, so be careful at the time of invoicing. Other bad thing which happened is they don't have strong wifi to demo their TVs properly. They need improvement in these areas.

Croma is run by TaTa electronic. This is on main road in South Ext part 2. Here all electronic items are available like A/c, Fridge Laptop, TV and hearing gadgets of various companies like samsung, Sony, Haier, carrier, General, Hitachi, Godrej, Blue Star etc. Here best quality products are sold.

This is one of the largest Croma store in Delhi. They have anything and everything related to gadgets.

Nice store. They have good variety for some selected electronics. However for most of them they have their own croma brand along with some one or two other brands. They should keep more variety as it is such a big electronics chain. Else it is well maintained and their staff has good knowledge. However most it the time they are also pushing for there own croma products. Do check out the price of the electronics that you want to purchase online before visiting for a good comparison. Their prices are mostly in the higher end as compared to online.

Showroom is overall good but salesperson at stores try to manipulate customers to buy cromas own product. They give inappropriate information about other brands and insist customers to buy their own products. Very bad experience

This is good chroma shopping centre where we can find find all kinds of things like electronics item laptops bags etc.sometime Deron offer like discount on some credit card and that will very good time to visit here otherwise you should check and compare prices online from here stuff. If you want to feel things before wiping this is also a good option like Reliance Digital.iPhone sales person behaviour is very good he is not frustrating to showing me a lot of items like many other shop. Atmosphere is pleasant to soft music in their cool and calm so shopping is pleasant

They are cheats. I purchased Lenovo laptop from croma centre south ex. They gave me scrap. It is too slow to work.

People there are not really interested on training. They arrive at 11.45 for training that is supposed to happen between 11 and 12.

This croma store is located strategically at a convenient place with parking facility.

It's great for viewing the product and then deciding on what to buy esp for LED TVs.

I would suggest to go after researching a bit and compare prices.

Surprisingly, the price for 4K Sony LED TV is lesser than the online stores and the seller was very interested to ask and compare with online and see the difference:)

The offers and discounts are available mostly on weekends and hence wise to visit then.

Product stock not available, it was a wasted effort. Staff more keen to sell extended warranties than offer alternate models, products.

Went to Chroma, south-ex, had a very bad experience as there was nobody to attend us so giving them four star.
All the electronic items are available here be it laptop, iPad, iPhone, android phones like Samsung, Nokia, MI, etc, ac, fridge, water purifier, air purifier, air fryer, Etc.

3 floors of electronics and home appliances. Good choice. Very attentive sales personnel. Overall good experience.

Almost everything that one needs for home/office. Good display. Parking however is a bit of a challenge. Otherwise conveniently located. Customer service is also good.
