I worked at Crosshairs for a year and it was a quite amazing experience lot of learning opportunities with some great set of clients and supportive colleagues and manager had to leave the company coz of travel and distance from my home but I'm happy that I got a chance to work with such great clients and supportive team who became a family

I have been associated with the company for almost 3.5 years now and the journey has only been forward and upwards. The team here is really strong with an amazing set of clients across sectors that excites one even more to work on. Can say, CH is the pioneer in the luxury PR and SM industry across the country with a great team conceptualizing some award winning campaigns!

The company has some very interesting clients and an amazing set of people to work with. However, the management needs to put a concrete system in place to ensure both client and the employees benefits

Crosshairs is the place where you get to learn teamwork and work with professionals who believe that great things in business are done by a team of people. The fun-loving team members, ready to help each other and work together as a team is the pillar that makes this organization stand strong.

Being a beginner it was very difficult for me to understand the field but with people's help the path to understand and quickly adapt the new techniques was easy. Being professional has its own up's and down's while working from home but the environment was understanding and keen to solve the upcoming problems with each other. Learned a lot from such experienced peoples and will carry this knowledge forward.

In my 3 years of experience as a working professional, I never came across an unprofessional company like Crosshairs. They love to deduct salaries of their employees and questioning them will only lead to rude behaviour and belittling your work. And, they don't care what their employees have to say, for them their clients are always right and all they are are yes masters who have no opinion of their own and work on whatever the client has to say. So, guys please think twice before even applying to this so called agency. Hope it helps you decide whether to go for it or NOT!

You guys have seriously unprofessional people employed at your organization. Contacting food bloggers to collaborate and then ditching them at the last minute is what you guys are. It's a shame. You are spoiling the brand name for SMAASH as well. Wish I could give you zero star!

This company is based in the basement in the residential area. No hoarding or address is written outside the building. So people will have difficulty in identifying it. Moreover, people taking interviews don't respect the time and money of the candidates and call them for an interview for the heck of it. If they or their experience is not suitable for your company then reject them at first place. Rejection is better than the insult they face when you don't express interest in their profile after calling them.
