It was fantastic hotel and fabulous place. I really love all things in that hotel. But mostly like gym and pool because there trainer (Satya) was kind hearted person and always supported on every step. Satya has great knowledge and experience about gym and swimming.
I visited this place recently, and they have provided me with the best of its arrangements. Would definitely recommend this place for a chill weekend. The ambience has breath taking view. And a special thanks to Mahim Arora for helping us throughout our stay.

Nice hotel and facilities which are provided by staffs. Food and rooms are very good. Pool was very good for swimming specifically the trainer (Mr. Bhagwan Das) who teach swimming in very easy way

We had thrown our Anniversary party on 31Oct. Had a grt time there, the ambience of hall was gud, Arrangements done by Mr Nishant n Mr Rajesh was taken care very well, the decor done by Mr Kartik was excellent. Above all the food was quite delicious n served hot. Our guests were happy n so we're we. Will definitely like to visit again.

We had a function (small gathering of 35 people for dinner) along with 2 days stay for some people at crowne plaza, mayur vihar in November 2021. The overall experience was very good. The kind and comfort of rooms, the menu for dinner at gathering, the taste and quality of food and overall arrangements was very good. One thing which made me feel very good and content was the overall behaviour and professionalism of the concerned manager Mr Nishant Narula who handled the whole event. He drilled down to the minute details of the event to give the best experience to all of us and also helped to customize few items based on our requirements.
Rooms were not clean, and moreover the hotel is located next to the main-sewer line and also there is sewage treatment plant next to it - due to which it stinks everywhere.hotel staff also doesn't seems to be bothered about the smell.
Stay was good. Food is excellent, focus is on indian cuisine and does justice to taste buds. Server Neeraj showed outstanding hospitality, chef Vipin makes amazing food especially omelettes! Thanks!
Great stay at the hotel and food is good. Breakfast is nice. I really enjoyed staying here. The pool is clean and follow Covid protocols. The gym amenities is satisfying and fully functional. Bhangwan Das is really helpful and makes sure you are comfortable.

Pathetic Dinning, no one cares in Dinning if meal is included with Room. Minimum item in dinner. Poor service, Not satisfied with their services. Room are really good.

Great host during out stay at the crowne plaza. The food and ambiance was great. Chef manoj was exceptionally good with the break preparation. The hotel was clean safe sanitised and great for a weekend. The gym was amazing the trainer bhaswaan das was very helpful.

I shifted here jst after my eye surgery for 3 days with my wife. I must say they support me as my family does. Kitchen staff always met in smile faces. Always asked abt my health. We were in the midst of a family emergency due to Covid and my family had to self isolate from others who were infected. Luckily Crown Plaza came to our rescue. MR. Vipul arranged Superior rooms for us with meals and ensured we had a very comfortable stay. MR Umendra and Chef Tarun took care of our every need and catered to our special meal arrangements.
