Recently stayed at a charming hotel and had a lovely experience. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, making me feel right at home. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, ensuring that my needs were met throughout my stay. The room was comfortable and clean, providing a peaceful haven after a long day of exploring. Although the hotel's amenities were limited, the exceptional service more than made up for it. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a pleasant and hassle-free getaway.
I would say this is one of the finest hotel option available in okhla. They have huge lobby and rooms are also very spacious. Breakfast is also very good.
It's a good place. Especially the bar. The bartender knows his job. However I could not get any deals on Nearbuy or dine out or ezydiner and had to shell out a piece of my heart when the bill came But all in all a good place and one of my favorite restaurant. I hope the management gives its regular visitor a discount the next time I visit them.
Yes it was just ok! I have stayed in this property quite a several times but only initially the experience was quite good and luxurious. This time they have just ignored the Cleanliness and alloted the dirty room.
Excellent customer service. Amazing house-keeping staff. Lavkesh has been taking care of me and my family for over 10 days. He has taken care of all of his housekeeping duties and takes the initiative to ensure that we don’t need to call for simple things such as water and extra toiletries. This has been the best stay I have had in Delhi in the past ten years. Also would like to mention everyone at the reception and the rest of the staff are kind and respectful.
Booked this hotel one day prior and still got a great deal. Booking was thru the Christmas days and the dinner buffet was very good as was breakfast. Rooms are large and airy. Try to get the rooms on the higher floors and you can spend time simply looking at life go by below. Bathrooms have soaking tubs so that's a good way to end the day.
Had a quite long stay here around 10 nights. (A convenient location to stay if you are visiting Apollo hospital too). We had an amazing stay here. We had a feeling of personalised service from staff every day. Their level of dedication and ownership was at next level. Loved the food (had breakfast and dinner in package) and overall cleanliness. Meet the chef DHONI, he will take care of you like his own house guest. Love this place️️️
Amazing stay and food, every staff is cordial and courteous and they make sure that my stay goes comfortable. Ankita and shailender are dedicated staff and they are an assest to your company. They make sure they listen to us. There were few issues in the beginning but they made sure they listen to us and resloved the issues after I reached out to them
Crowne plaza is the best place to stay, feels like a home, especially ankita and other front desk team makes sure that my stay goes comfortable. Had been staying with crowns plaza okhla for quite some time now, and met ankita and anshik at the desk, there were few issues with cleaning but when I reached out to them ankita and kirti personally made sure that we get another room quickly. Post pandemic few things have changed but they are keeping up with it and every time I check in to this hotel I feel like home. They are taking special care Nd precautions for vividh and every room is sanitized well. They need few maintainence hers and there but they are really good. Thanks to Ankita for making sure our stay is comfortable and we feel like home every time we are here. In few more stays I believe I will get familia r with everyone here

Reception, House Keeping are arrogant and almost not friendly. There are, no or less amenities in room with an excuse of covid and advise to do a call per requirement, but when they are called, either no response, or they listened and never turned up. Up-to my strange, no duty manager available to escalate the issue. Key cards not worked at lift, complained multiple times but no use. In nut sheel, My experience with this property was worst. Awesome rooms with great interiors.toiletries were also nice.just the staff was a little untrained as they had issues with outside food although it was not prohibited in the hotel.also when I asked them to take just half an extra to check out I was told to make it fast or else they would charge me extra for overstay. Never had to hear this at any 5 star hotel ever.this was the first time.somewhat unprofessional and less accomodating.property is nice and location is easily accessible
Good property.got a good deal through booking.com.courteous staff. Early check in was provided. Hoping for a good experience. There is no doubt that the physical infrastructure is good. But more importantly the staff is very courteous and extended good hospitality. Highly recommended.

Nice hotel in Delhi without second thought you can book this hotel. Every room is bathtub. Wash room is good. Breakfast buffet is awesome. Staff is very supportive and Mr Sumit head chef is very nice and humble person. But service is slow so don't mind.
Awesome view, neat and clean, sanitized. Had lot of fun with my people, it was peaceful and fun at same time and special thanks to yash and kirti for helping us to find this place. Will never forget the time I have spent here with my friends. Hopefully we will visit soon.:) ;)
It was great experience with crowne plaza team. Special mention to Himani from front desk. Sunny and jitendra from sales always helpful and kind. Warm hospitality, great food, chef at coffee shop was engaging with every guest and understanding their taste and offering accordingly.it is tough time for everyone but keeping all standards and hygeine in place by crowne plaza team is commendable. We had one of the best experiences that a Hotel can offer. We were in Delhi because my wife was to undergo an open heart surgery at Apollo Hospital. Right from day 1, everyone has been super sweet and we did not face any difficulties during our stay. Even if we had minor issues, they were resolved immediately.
The breakfast buffet was superb and really helped us start the day with gusto. A special mention for Bhishma, Dhoni, Naresh, Tanupam, Priya, Meenu & Pradeep for taking care of all our needs.
Also, the front desk was the most helpful and understanding and they didnt let anything trouble us, especially in this difficult time. Every minor requirement or request was handled professionally and in a friendly and warm manner. A special shoutout to Kirti, Ankita, Jasnil, Anshika, Basant, Payal Mehta. Mr. Shampuram was the sweetest when he helped us get some medicines, without a moment's delay.

I take a non-smoking room but when we enter the room was smelly. And ac was not working properly.but a plus point they allowed outside food but you have to take it from the front door.

Have been staying with Crowne Plaza Okhla on a long-term basis during March 2021.very descent hotel for business travelers. Rooms are spacious and comfortable to work from hotel. Hotel staff is very helpful and responsive to all inquiries. Room and other places in hotel are clean, sanitized regularly and well kept. Excellent food variety and dinning in town! Chief Sumit and all of the restaurant staff are kind and always welcoming. Food is delicious and of very good quality. Restaurant staff are professionally trained and provide very good hospitality services. Really enjoyed having gym classes and using gym facilities, gym instructors are very professional and helpful too.

On duty manager Mr. Shailendra and the Edesia team members even went out of their way to accommodate few special requests we made and welcome a special guest. Speaking of which makes me address every members name that i can recall starting from house keeping team (Neha, Akhil, Varun, Vinay, Ravi) ; the Edesia team (Bhishm, Nandini, Meenu, Priya, Ritu, Abhilasha, Avinash, Vinay Chandra, Prakash and many more) ; I have to express my special thanks to Supervisor Mr. Bhishm and Chef Dhoni who has taken immense care of our menu needs and worked an extra mile to make our stomach happy and his extraordinary skills to brighten up my friends birthday with amazing last minute preparation and presentation skills.
I feel like I am sleeping on clouds nine, and the other amenities like pool, gym, spa, the television and cable provided are amazing.
I am staying in a twin bed type of room and room service are really fast and cooperative.
Nonetheless, our overall experience is outstanding, it may not be worth mentioning minor details that didn’t really matter in the long run. I would highly recommend the place to my friends and family in future.

This property has always been one of my favourite one's in the city! As the title suggests, this hotel has literally been my home away from home! One of the primary reasons for me to choose this property is because of the close proximity it has to my office, which is just 2 minutes away (Okhla phase 1). But then slowly it also became a place of leisure where I could just go and chill with family or friends and feel like home! I've been a loyal customer to this hotel for a very long time and I've been coming here for as long as I can remember! The staff here always makes me feel special! Like family!
I visited this hotel for the first time after covid to spend 2 nights for my birthday and it was so good to see the familiar faces I've known for ages (specially Mr Amit Chautala). They were kind enough to upgrade my room to their business suite and also sent me a really nice cake to make me feel extra special! And when I was leaving they got me a special box of chocolates which was the cherry on the icing. The rooms were also properly cleaned and sanitized properly! Which was a major concern for me post covid. The front desk manager Mr Shailendra made sure that I get the best treatments and services possible. The f&b team was also so nice and served me breakfast in the room even if it was not an option. Once again, thank you to the whole team of Crowne Plaza, Okhla for making me feel special on my special day! Thank you for all the love and care! Definately coming back really really soon! The Hotel was Good, Although I have not seen the entire Hotel. I came there to attend a seminar in Emerald Hall. The Hall was Big, can easily accommodate around 200+ audience. The Food was also Great. Helpfulness of staff is one more thing that I would like to appreciate.
Strategically located meeting place. Obviously, no one is coming here for the food. The food in the coffee shop is so overrated. Kidney bean tomato soup is actually what Indians use as basic masala.
Everything was great. The location was great. Staff very welcoming. The room was clean. Anything I need and ask them met in minutes. Close to airport, clean and comfortable room with nice on suite.
