Very bad service very bad wash room floor was very dirty I never come for any function and I will definitely never suggest your banquet
You are not same for everyone you judge the person than you arrangment depending on that

I will not recommend this banquet to anyone at all. They serve food which is not fresh at all even tasteless. Service is pathetic.

Nice banquet, with three sections (Ground, first & Second) also having basement which comprises bridel rooms etc. Food is average, best for 50-60 people spacious gathering.

Awesome place. Have parking too for bike and scooter separate to cars but its not that spaceous. Decoration of this banquet hall is very good. They've glass covered piller which enhance the overall look of the banquet hall. They've separate floors so you can either book whole building or a particular floor. And also food there is very good too. Great quality Of food.

Seriously not a good banquet hall at all. I would like to keep it short and simple, but don't go for this venue if possible. No taste in food, staff was wearing dirty clothes, snacks were cold and had no taste, even the fresh ones didn't had taste. Dirty and smelly washrooms. Please avoid if possible.

Test less food, all staff members very low personality. Misbehaving, uncare, etc.

Pathetic service. Worst behavior of managers. Told them to improve the service multiple time but they don't care. Think twice before booking this venue.

Good place for a large gathering but the non-availability of the parking is big hassle. They do have valets to help you but wait time is very high for your car to return to you.

After having so many family functions on other banquets, our family decided to choose crystal palace Banquet but I seriously repent on our decision that we choose this third class banquet for our family's precious occasion. Food is good undoubtedly, the interior is also good but the management especially aa staff really treated us bad in front of our guests. I suggest you all that please don't go with this place. This place will make you regret your own decision of choosing this banquet.

Decoration is good, it is spacious for 250-300 guests. The downside is the washroom is not that clean also the waiters are not professional, the cleaning staff is also not active.

The front entrance of the Crystal Palace Mayapuri looks awesome. The decoration is also nice which added a spark to the location. The party hall is good for a gathering of 300 people. The food is good but the service is not upto the mark. Valet parking & parking staff was very good. The staff were wearing masks but not the shield. The washrooms are not so cleaned.

Gifts in car I said that we waiting in car for 5 minutes before entrance the barat. The valet staff cover the car with full of greedy faces.
And arguments on entrance. I dnt know why it's happen today or regularly they behave the same with guests.

Came here for a wedding. There are 3 floors. Ground, first and second. All were booked today. Three different events happening in the same building. Though the floors are nice and spacious. The entrance feels something is lacking! The tables were oval shaped with 6 sitting! Valet parking was available. The staff were wearing masks but were wearing different types of dresses for some reason. The food was okayish. Nothing worth remembering. Can look at this option if nothing else is available.

I booked a function for marriage anniversary, everything was fine except cleanliness in washrooms, they didn't get them cleaned even after repeated complaints

I had attended wedding here on 1st floor. The ambience was great. It is good for gathering of around 200 people. The veg food was not so good. The place was clean and hygienic.

We recently booked Crystal Palace banquet which was earlier called Cherish. We booked it for one of our function to be held in the month of June. And I would say our experience was pathetic.

I would like to share our experience we had with the banquet and specially the one who took our booking. This note is for the ones who are willing to book this banquet for their future gatherings.

They took handsome amount from us as an advance and assured us the our function would be conducted without any hassle. Due to the ongoing covid-19 situation the banquet was shutdown and was not able to hold our function in their banquet.

We kept on calling on all the numbers of the banquet and also tried to connect to the manager and the person who took our booking. All our calls went unanswered and there wasn't any intimation to us from the banquet whether they would be holding our function or not.

And now when its a flaw from banquet's end that they were not able to hold our function, they are still refusing to refund our money. Infact they have blocked all our numbers so that we couldn't connect them. When we try to contact through some unknown number they don't entertain us and speak rubbish.

To all the people out there, I would like to warn you that this banquet is a total fraud. They have kept our money and now have stopped picking our calls and refuse to return our money which was not a less amount.
