Highly disappointing, I got the worst haircut ever of my life. This was my second visit, first visit haircut was ok ok but second time they ruined my hair. Thought I didn’t responded, as don’t want to put anybody job at stake. But I won’t recommend or suggest any one to go and get their hair spoiled.

I have visited so many times for beard cut and they have ruined my beard and then they blame that your beard is too hard and curly. But before visiting this place, my beard was far better and smooth. Now due to irregular length my beard look very untidy and uncut.

The staff was very rude
I got acrylic nails and the entire time the lady who was doing my manicure was irritated and extremely rude the application of the nail paint was so bad that it has already started to come off.
If they want to Succeed they need to work on hiring good staff the manager is sweet and nice

Pathetic service rude behaviour no value for money, we went for the hair colour, very unprofessional staff they didn’t gave us the exact hair colour service as promised and said, the owner at harsh vihar branch GAUTAM uses duplicate products they use local shampoo for the headwash before hair cut, they were filling local shampoo in front of me in professional bottle, GAUTAM IS ruining the whole salon image, the owner VINOD also does the same, please don’t go on their 250₹ hair cut which includes blow dry and headwash it’s pathetic, they are vry unprofessional, we had to to get the hair colour from other salon as their service was pathetic, they damaged my hair

I am highly disappointed with the service of cut of cut from last three times. Me and my sister also has the same opinion. I went for haircut. Staff is in too hurry that they cut my hair uneven. One guy was cutting my hair and more focussed on the other girl sitting next to me getting hair ut done by other. Hygiene issue, hair are here and there, untidy hair brush. I will never visit again. Seriously

I went for a headwash yesterday around 6: 30. They were too mch rush and still one guy got ready to do my headwash as he was sitting free at the counter. Once he started felt like would do good but he jus washed my upper head once, put conditioner for 5mins. Not even went deeply inside where needed as still my head is smelling that it hasn’t been wash properly and m having itching also. Even while he was drying my hair I told him the same thing that Wash was not done properly by you but he didn’t respond, which seemed like he was not interested in his work and jus do it for timepass. Worst experience ever!
The salon persons should understand that if we people are paying, we are expecting for a good result, not excellent m saying but it should be good enough to go back again for some other work also. But worstest experience ever!

Not at all recommended, they didn't do justice to the price I.e. 250rs they are taking. I HAD A VERY LONG HAIR, I specifically asked to not cut so much volume just trim it, still they managed to tripped me by saying that "look nhi aayega". It was a horrible experience I am missing my hair already.
They did it so fastly, and roughly, and after that gave excuses that your hair is v.rough. I do agree my hair was rough but not upto that extreme, do not go there.

I think the name of the person who did my hair cut and shave was Adil. It was the WORST experience of my life. He did in such a hurry, plus very roughly. Total waste of money. And also they are not following Covid protocols at all. Used a common towel after headwash. This place is not at all recommended. Please DO NOT go at this place.

If you love your long hair and are feared to get them chopped an inch extra then please stay away from this place. A salon that once excelled is now a total nightmare for someone who loves their long tresses. You won't even realise and your favourite asset will be ruined by them in the name of style.
For someone like me who considered her hair as an asset and grew them for years to reach a length of 36inches, 'losing 5inches without my will' was surely a mental attack. This only brought me tears which really doesn't matter to any hairdresser who see your hair as mere canvas of their own and open to experiment without realising that it is wealth to the person who owns them.

Spent 6 hours for streax, still all in vain. Know nothing about Coloring your hair. It's a worst day for my hair

Didn't even know how to cut bangs haircut
I had long hair and he was telling me length will be same in the haircut but he chhoped off a lot of my hair volume plus i only wanted bangs but i don't what he did with my hair i guess he didn't know how to cut bangs, it's been such a total disaster

Very very bad experience. Ye log hair cutting karte time excess length nikal dete h Taki badme uspe practice Kar sake or wig Bana sakee. Very poor staff and bad quality. Mere crown ke baad saree cut Kar die.girls ko yaha nai Jana chahia. Useless and bad people.

I have been getting haircuts from Cut 2 Cut for
last 2-3 years. They give good haircuts however their AC was not working about which I wasn't warned before hand. It is very difficult to get a haircut and Blow dry done without Air Conditioner at this time with mask on. They were giving excuses when I asked them to switch it on. The hairstylist said that a police officer came and asked to switch off Air conditioner while the receptionist said that there were blockages in the AC pipeline which made me think that there is no problem altogether other than the willingness to keep their customers comfortable. Even after asking repeatedly they denied to switch on the Air Conditioner. It was very difficult to get a good haircut without AC and despite having well trained staff, they failed to deliever a satisfactory service. At the time of payment they gave another excuse saying that if there was a problem we could've shifted you to the other room where the AC was working which they denied when j asked them earlier of any other AC was working. When I asked them for complain book they said they didn't have one!

I have been taking hair cuts from this salon from last 3-4 years which was okay. Last December, I went for hair coloring that was my second time with cut2cut. I read about Mr. Gautam being the best so I took appointment with him. I showed him the colour I wanted he suggested me bleach first but I wasn't in for bleach So he talked with other guy and said okay 'aisa colour aa jayega', a bit darker than the shade wanted and I was okay with that too. I confirmed twice 'are you sure? ' He said yes. So he coloured my hair and I knew it wasn't the colour I wanted. It wasn't much visible but they were all praising like what a job he had done. I was skeptical, I went home and nobody liked it and I talked with him again and they started denying their claims of giving me the color I want. He talked me out to not have it twice. I was very disappointed because I wanted a colour that sticks out of crowd and he gave me a color which wasn't even visible it was there. My heart broke. After one and half month I got so irritated with the ugly faded colour on lower half of my hair that I chopped them off very short and now the colour wasn't visible at all. It was like earlier dark brown and I wanted purple with red tones. That's how all my money and energy wasted. Thanks to Mr. Gautam's unprofessionalism, lies, unaccountability and false claims. Never going there again!

The salon was known for its authentic services and yet genuine prices. Sadly they have degraded the quality of services and prices are still the same. I went to get a hair cut because they did an excellent cut BEFORE, while this time, the person who washed my hair, flipped them carelessly and left them wet, with water all over my clothes. The hair cut was okay.
