Worst Management with zero patience. Not even Professional with anyone. Always make excuses when Appraisal is coming and try to demotivate their employees. Never Appreciate their work and efforts. They only want their employees to do over time but always cut salary if late by 1 min. When I asked them for Salary increment they took over 10 days to discuss with management (only 2 people in higher management) who don't know how to run an organisation. I was infected with a deciese and they abscond me without any discussion or call with me and hold my salary and My experience letter, which I never received from Cyber Vision Infotech. They don't follow any single rule of Private Limited. They only want Labor to work with them.

All the reviews are fake and posted by their Existing employees (Drafted on companies words). I did 5 Star too at that time but this is the reality in my review.

My suggestion is not to join them at any cost.:) <3

I had applied for the post of Content Writer. My experience wasn't good. They didn't even took the interview (except a few questions). The first round was of 3 minute. Then they told me to write a topic in notepad. I wrote around 300-400 word. Internet was not allowed and it was okay for me. HR told me that she'll give feedback a day after. Still waiting! I went there from Delhi. It was not easy to reach. And I never expected that my interview would end in just 45 minutes. Maybe it can be good for others but not for me.
She should have given me a simple feedback. And the review could be better.
