The points I am writing here for Web development team.

1. No team work.

2. Worst management in web team.

3. Three (3) months notice period.

4. There is no one over there to listen you and they are making new rules without discussing with employees.

5. Some senior don't know anything but by the reference of manager they are team leader.

6. Seniors don't have enough knowledge to run the organisation even though technical manager don't know how to run organization and have less knowledge. He doesn't have manager skills.

7. If seniors are not able to do work then they allocate that work to juniors.first they will check if work is easy then they will do.

8. They don't have tester.but team leaders do testing.without testing they upload projects and later put their mistakes to juniors.

9. Most of the times seniors do mistakes and blame those mistakes to juniors.

10. Web team manager is like he has taken the franchise from Cyberspace and running his shop and he has two main member as team leader.

11. Three members, one is manager (male) and two team leader, one is male and one is female are playing politics. They don't do much work and most work is done by another persons.everytime they say that every team member is doing wrong work and team leaders are correcting it and they get increment and for rest of the persons they just do formalities for increment

12. Team leaders behaviour is very rude like labour class people work in kirana store.and male manager (technical manager) support them.

13. Male team leader has enough knowledge, he can do work but don't have knowledge to become a team leader. He is ideot. With the manager reference he is team leader.

14. Female team leader, litterly she doesn't know anything in web development.she is not able to be a employee as developer. With the help of mamager she is team leader.she can do only copy paste for simple master page and except master page she can't do anything.

15. Female team leader knowledge like, she says that run on sea with cycle. In technical field she doesn't know that cycle can't run on sea.

16. Even though female team leader can not understand English and can not write simple sentences in English.

17. Whenever any arguments occur with team leader than manager support team leader and without discussing matter directly sout on another person even if team leader is wrong. This is the quality of manager here.

18. Manager (male) hides the mistakes of team leaders and blame those mistakes to next person.

19.when any person submit his/her work if in testing any mistake occure.if mistakes are less then team leader (male) inform to manager (male) that i found so many errors in his/her work and i solved.so that at the time of increment team leader will get increment and for next person they will do formalities for increment.

20. In enitre budget of increment, Manager gives 80% increment to these 2 team leaders and 20% to remaining employees.they have 12 to 15 employees in web team.

21.simply team leaders don't do much work and only they take credit and get more increment.

22.seniors and managers don't have enough knowledge to run the organisation and most of the times client sout on them and they say we are doing good work.

23.if any junior is facing difficulty in any work then seniors are not able to help actually they don't know enough to help anyone and they will make excuse.they will not help and later will ask why didn't you complete work.

24.some problems are still in pending because organization don't have knowledgeable person.

25. In enitre budget of increment, Manager gives 80% increment to these 2 team leaders and 20% to remaining employees.they have 12 to 15 employees in web team.

26.if any argument happens between two employees then manager says that do here work after office you can fight and do whatever you want.it's selfish nature of manger means office work is more important than employees health.
