Totally bad place if you want to grow your career here, no personal life both ca gonna poke every second, will not let you free even in lunch time, will gonna hold your salary in name of notice period even when there is no physical employment documentation done from there end, will treat you life servants even in front of client.

I'll start with a positive note quality of service is good. But behavioural issue persist as the owner itself is very short tempered and scold it's employees for silly reason as well. Good place for client's but not appropriate for persons looking for job. They will not issue any offer letter, Appointment letter, no salary slips avoid any legal commitment just to exploit person at later stage. Go for them if do not have other option.

Worst place to work here. No proper ethics being followed like a professional company. No personal space as you we have to work like 12 hrs a day for 6 days a week. And if you want any leave for just one day. You leave gets rejected staight away. Also they keep your salary if you leave without any notice period, reason state by them is you have not fulfill the notice period thats why we cannot give your salary whereas they dont follow the ethics of offer letter, job application letter, you are just a offroll employee who doesn't get job security. They will fire you straight away for some silly reasons like you have not intimated for leave etc.
